I've never been a fan of J-spoke wheels, but they seem to fit pretty well on those two cars.
Although I don't like them, something compelled me to put them on a 918 and they looked great!

I don't think you guys care too much, but there is a light and dark color wheel variation on the Camaro for this year that has the clear red wheels.

Rubber tires, right? That's not a bad price! 👍

Nooppppeee It looks exactly like a basic car..... except with fancier packaging... I really don't get what makes these special in any way, but I bought it anyway because it's a Cobra lol.

Damn, it's one of those tricky ones. I have Johnny Lightnings like that. Plastic tires that look totally like rubber tires until you flip them over and see the smooth shiny plastic surface. :dopey:

I guess the box & awesome artwork makes it a better collectible!

@ Vspec, cheers man 👍 (if only i had 2 of them).

Two of what? :confused::boggled:

Hmm, seems you can't link to that site. Try this:

Miniatures by application -> Premier Collectibles -> MB75 Regular Premier Collectibles

Thanks for the link Jason. Browsing though the MB cars of the 90's and early 2000s just made my day and seeing the best cars from Matchbox from that era, memories. :)

Now I have to find those cars once again and some "new" ones that I haven't seen long ago.

 <-- My reaction when I saw this.

What?! Time for bumper cars!

McZachenF1138
I quite like the bumper car actually. It seems perfectly Hot Wheels to me. HW was never supposed to be a very serious toy car manufacturer.
I think though that because we are also fans of Gran Turismo, we have more appreciation and desire for accurate and simple miniatures of real cars. We see the fun in driving a stock Peugeot 206 around Autumn Ring and I feel that reflects our diecast car hobby.

Or maybe because we're all somewhat mature people collecting toys and have no interest in fantasy cars.

Preach on bro! I mostly get the real cars of HW and MB, but I admit, I have two favorites made up cars but they have a connection to the RL ones.

And yes, we're are mature people.....sometimes. :rolleyes::lol:👍

More of my 1/64s:

AUTOart 1:64 Porsche Carrera GT (with its 1:43 Gemballa counterpart):

Hot Wheels Speed Machines Ferrari 333SP (another personal favorite):

Hot Wheels Speed Machines Porsche 911 GT2:

Matchbox Superfast Lamborghini Diablo (the offset front wheels turned me off):

Dang, you never fail to show some impressive cars in this thread and the other one! Love the 911 GT2 and the Gemballa Mirage GT. 👍

This special to anyone?

Those hard to find?

Nah, I seen the MB superfast cars before, but this one I've never seen though. But recently, I haven't seen them in stores. Maybe, I'll start searching again soon.

Going through some older photos tonight, and came across this group of wheel varies:

I am going to have to do a feature on these...

Found this photo as well:

Four wheel variations on the Infiniti G37 V37 Nissan 370GT Skyline Coupe in Stratosphere Blue Metallic.... I have the third set of wheels though.

Can't wait to see the GTR R35's feature.

This. I'm a owner of three Superfast cars myself and the only thing that is different is:

The wheels (some cars have a different set, this one doesn't.)

The paint is different some cars will have vinyls.

The box for the car.

And the artwork on the card.

That's what you'll pay for these cars, but sometimes they are worth it.

Edit: It's December 21, any of you guys alive?! Hellllooooo, answer meeeee!!!! :nervous:

Well I'll just take your cars then guys :mischievous::lol:.

Hot Wheels? Or RMZ?

P.S. Somebody needs to buy this, and Medigo needs to look into this & this.

Indeed I am interested in the Tomica Limited GT-R SpecV, but as others have said, the Nismo looks a tad off.

Anyways, looking through the Matchbox Cars Wiki, couldn't help but notice that there was the BMW 1M and Range Rover Evoque on the list. Hope those are true! :dopey:

So, bringing this back up as I need to get rid of them. Anyone that wants the whole lot of loose cars I have (ones I don't need) I will be putting them on eBay this weekend unless someone here wants them. I can get a few pics of the lot, not taking individual photos.

Price is .40 cents on the dollar for you. I figure there's around 200 cars. eBay price will be a bit higher. This does not include shipping and you must purchase all cars, no picking and choosing.

Thanks!

But now I found this and must have them ALL! :scared:

I got two Supras (of that generation).

One's a Matchbox (same as At 1ness') and the other one is a red no name (not made by Matchbox).

Since Hot Wheels Wikia didn't have the Road Racers on their Racing Series page. I added them in myself :) http://hotwheels.wikia.com/wiki/Hot_Wheels_Racing_2012

Fantastic shots AOS, best shots on the whole website if you ask me. 👍

Hey lookie at what just arrived. :D

Easily the most expensive thing I've bought from e-Bay in a long while. Totally worth every bit of it though.

No need to thank me. :sly::P

But seriously; Nice!

I can be honest, or brutally honest about this......

:P

$8 for six standard cars are too much, but I think some of the very members in here bought the Ferrari pack, probably because of the cars that are not available from the standard release.

That's a steal! At their usual price, $8 ($8.10 to be precise) gets you 3 brand new cars. :indiff:

This is a Premier?! I've got two of these IIRC.

Cano, what can you tell me about this? I don't know how I got it, but I just do.
I have seen these kind of toy cars before, and about all I know about them is that they're older than Hot Wheels and maybe even Matchbox. There is no marking of any sort on the inside apart from "Baja Runabout".

So I went to the Hotwheels meet tonight and picked all this up (minus the Delorean which finally came in the mail from Mattel) for $9. Which isn't a bad deal since STD says the Zamac Madd Propz top left is worth $10 by itself carded.

Then I went to Dollar Tree looking for Hot Ones. They still don't have any, so I went across the street to Target. Got to the Hotwheels, glanced them over and didn't see anything of interest. Looked like they had been picked over throughout the last day or two. Decided to go through them anyway and just look through the first few cars on each peg. Got to the bottom, right in the middle, flipped the front car to the side and staring back at me was this beauty:

:D

I really really REALLY hope my Target will have Supers just like the Zellers it's replacing... never ever saw a Super in my life anywhere else.

I've found three. :D
Well, I found the S2K on accident, my girlfriend and I spotted the Mustang at the same time, and she found the Beetle when I missed it.

Tootsie Toy. I don't know much about the company of the cars in themselves, but some of them are pretty charming. Others are just plain ugly. Here is the Wiki overlook on the company, but as I sadi, I don't really know whack about them.

Nice F1, but I'm strangely attracted to the Superfast Viper. Maybe it's the artwork, I dunno.

P.S. McZ and his 3 Supers.
I only have 1 of those and I got it in a trade. I don't find $upers. And this was at 7:00 tonight. Must be my lucky day or something.

It is available for trade. ;)
I mean all Supers together. I know you've found Chevelle, and I think you've found at least one other Super?

I would be interested in a trade, but I'd have to organize my trade inventory again, since I haven't set aside the cars I have going to Cano. If you still have it when I hopefully reorganize sometime this weekend, I'll send you a list of available cars. Congrats on another Super. 👍

Only $upers I have found in the wild were this Focus, the Chevelle and the Torino. The Chevelle was traded for the Ferrari 599XX (which I'm trying to trade for something else) and the Torino was traded for a $uper Falcon XB. :)
