hahaha it'll be like 6 years then.

I did find this and this though...

I don't really want to rip them apart though! And, if anything, if I was going to use them for a custom, those are really the only thing that suit them. Which means I'd be back to square one again. :dunce:

believe me, it's way worse to take appart the blue Cadoo, and specially the Packard, than the 2001-edition Track T. I've taken appart like 4 of those for their wheels, and have two more waiting for the drill.

:indiff:

True, though I'd much rather get a loose version.

Wow... except I ain't dropping $20 on a single car any time soon. Maybe next year.
Harhar. Sounds like you are ready to go! :sly:
The benefit of living in a tropical country. :P Philippines does not have snow... though we do have places in the north that have single-digit temperatures from December to February.

EDIT: I will post a comparison between the Kyosho and the Hotwheels Ferrari 330 P4.
What was like the high temperature for you today? I just want to fantasize what it's like. :p
Except for the Mother________ Giant Centipedes and other flying insects!
And the mother trucking snakes & spiders. Trudat.
Think I may have figured out how to take good photos. Wait until you guys see my new setup. :p
They look glossy, like AOS's photos. How do you do that?
And a photo of this just because it's 🤬 awesome.
No way Jose Jason. As soon as I got the same car off the set, I purchased the red one off eBay. Ferraris are so much gooder in red, especially that one!
Yes, I actually still do look at this thread, and I still collect Hot Wheels. :p There's just not much available in the stores I have access to at college. That said, here's what I grabbed this past semester: http://imageshack.us/g/1/9943042/ 👍
Hi Driving Park, welcome to the thread!

Hot Wheels Ferrari 250 GTO (:D)
B.O.S.S.

Is it just me, or does the wear actually add some style to the car? 👍
Damn you. I'm going there tomorrow. May go early, but I doubt the hoarders left any Zamacs.
I predict (still)empty pegs, but best of luck my man. 👍

What season is it over there? 27 degrees is a very hot summer day here.

It's what we call "winter" season here.

But head north to Baguio city and things get chilly, with temperatures ranging from 10- 14 degrees celsius and hitting even 6 degrees celsius on February.

My V12!!!👍

I love that 250GTO! GIVE IT TO MEEEE!!!!

I'll take Martian Rainforests for $200.

Hey! Where have you been man? It's been like ages since we have seen you. :p:lol:

Nice finds by the way. 👍

Lucky....:p Just, so lucky. I'm freezing my butt off with the cold weather. I need my warmth!:lol:

And Happy New Years everybody! :D

Hi Driving Park, welcome to the thread!

:p

It's been long enough that that could be a legitimate response.

Nice finds by the way. 👍

I've been in college, checking up on the local stores and usually finding the same old stock, and lacking a good camera to take pictures of the cars I did find. So now I basically buy a whole bunch and then post them when I get home at the end of the semester. :p

If I bought cars off of eBay, I would be posting a lot more frequently. Anyone want to send free cars my way to get me to post more? :p

Don't worry, no matter how unfrequently I post (my last post in here before yesterday's was what, over four months ago?) I still check up on you lot regularly to see what crazy antics you're up to now, and the awesome die casts you all bring in. If it goes like it has been, my next post with cars I've picked up will be in early May.

It's also worth nothing that with this last batch, I now have over 500 cars in my collection! 👍

I use surfaces that are glossy. Simple.

Get a sheet of acetate and lay that on top of regular paper and you'll get the impression of a shiny floor. Only problem that comes with gloss surfaces is that you'll need more light, but at the same time, not overexpose your cars.

From my pics yesterday, a tough Turbo Mustang to get

Heck, that's indeed a tough one. Awesome car.

Also, cool finds Jason, even a $TH. When you complain how you neever find that stuff I simply cannot comprehend why, I have NEVER seen one in stores, yet you have managed to find like 6. That's an impossibly possitive ratio.

Again, got lucky. Employees at that store always take them all. I think they missed this one because in a whole several hundred car dump bin it was the only one.

Been in the teens in Farenheit here.

Walmart Finds! (sorry for crappy photos, I can take great photos of loose cars & single packs, but not groups)

Are they open today? Bah, it's probably too late now. I'll probably hit them Friday.
Today's temperature is 27 degrees celsius...
That would be 80 Fahrenheit here........ huh.

:banghead:

I'll try that. 👍

F12 Berlinetta and M3 look awesome. Can't wait until the stores around here get them.
Here's what I surprisingly found today though.

Sorry for crap lighting. My house is really dim.

I've seen a few of those. Had to pass though as it's such a poorly done casting. The casting it's self is alright, but the colour choice is shocking! :yuck:

You guys like warmth? It's 38 degrees C down here today (100.5 F) Is that warm enough for ya?
Walmart Finds!

Damn the $uper is nice. Lucky. 👍

I have to agree with you on the casting. I dug through a couple of these for this one. The others had scuffs on the windows or paint chips on the body. I'm sure they'll release it in other colors eventually. I wouldn't mind having one in blue or white.

Now I have trade bait for when the 2000GT $uper hits. :D

Awesome finds Jason. I really like the Super Snake casting but not too fond of this version in green. I hope to find one though to keep the collection complete. It should be decent bait for the Toyota, especially here in the US.

The star of the batch to me is the M3. I think I prefer it over the Racing version. The F12 could have been a star, but alas the large-rear-wheel syndrome is still lurking in El Sugundo...

Ugh, I really don't want to have to brave Walmart but I really want that M3. None of the ones around here even have dump bins though, so chances of finding anything good are pretty slim I guess. I wonder if Toys R Us restocked yet...

Jason, we need to start trading. I'll get you cars the US doesn't.... Like the Hot Ones, and you can get me $THs.

The US got those hot ones, just none in this area. (Yet)

This is what's available to me in a relatively short distance:

x1 Target
x1 Dollar Tree
x1 99 Cent store
x1 Walmart
x2 Walgreens
x1 Big Lots

It's all about timing. You guys can't just sit around and wait for new cars to hit. Gotta stop at the stores EVERY DAY. Hell even go to Walmarts after midnight. If you ask nice enough they may let you open boxes on the pallet if there are any. If not, go to stores early in the morning. All my $upers lately have been pure luck. But I'm sure I'd find more if I had a car and access to 10x more stores.

As much as I'd like to check stores everyday, I won't have any money left because with so many cars I see over and over again, I'll crack and get 'em.

I can't wait until tomorrow when I go back down to school and check TRU, Target, Walmart, Walgreen's, and Rite Aid!

Speaking of those drug stores, I stopped by the ones by home and the only good thing, that my girlfriend found, was a 2013 Mad Splash that was MB'd.
