At this point, they're obviously going to be worth what you paid for them.

All my Walmarts have had them for about a month now.

I mean like now though.

There aren't any on eBay at the moment so I'm guessing I have an opportunity to sell for big for impatient collectors. In case it doesn't work out, does anyone here want any Flying Colors?

That's good to know. I'll just keep the 6 I picked up then. Good thing they only sport the old wheels otherwise I would have raped the pegs.

I went to two flea markets today. I didn't take any pictures while I was there because I bought everything good.

Serves you right, Mr. I-only-collect-Japanese-cars. :P

Yeah... did you get any of the messages I wrote asking for a price on that basket full of cars with CM6 wheels??

Damn. I did, but I forgot.
I only had $30 on me, so the cars I and my girlfriend liked were put atop any of you guys.
I know it sounds a little selfish, but I'm not gonna spend all my money on you guys when there is stuff I like. When I have spare moolah on me is when I include you guys in on the equation.

I was just getting all set up to photograph my cars from today when I saw how dirty they were.
How do you guys clean your cars?

AOS - you have easy access to any more of those Hot Ones Toyota Pickups?

Cano - Having second thoughts about selling you that Hot Ones Olds. Have an idea for an EPIC wheel swap detail. :D

No man. That TRU I got the Toyota trucks from is the same store I got those Hot Ones that are so hot here. That previous shipment of trucks however many months ago it was is long gone. Same goes for the Supra, and BRATs now. If only I knew about how high in demand these were sooner.

What is up with those anyway. I never saw Supra, Brat or the Toyota truck. Really wanted the VW Rabbit, never saw that one either.

I think I can still get you the Hare Splitter if you wanted one.

That's from a completely different store btw.

I'd love that, I'd take two if it was possible. But don't waste a trip on my account. If you aren't already going there, don't worry about it. Thanks for offering though. 👍

Oh but I can go there. It's 15 minutes away from my school and I have class tomorrow.
15 minutes is 15 minutes though. Don't worry about it my man. If you see them next time, remember me.

Thanks Andy. 👍

Too much cool in that post to note them all. Good job man. 👍

Twin Mill II's my favorite though. I don't like fantasy cars, but I like Twin Mills for some reason, and this is the nicest one I've seen so far.

I'm very late to the reply on this, but it would be awesome if Speed Machines did return. My brother has most of the set. I would like a few more myself.

+1000 👍

Sonygamer455
It's not any of those.... As a matter of fact it is not a car at all....

I will give you this, it is from the 90's.;)

Hmmm, some PS1 classics or any SNES or N64 games? If not, some action figures? ;)

DwightSchrute12
So you bought pogs?

What are pogs? I've never seen those before when I was a kid in the 90's. And I'm a 80s/90s guy!

But I do remember seeing the Peez, or whatever you called them. Those were cool with your favorite cartoon, video game or comic book character's head and with candy :). But I don't see them at all now in the stores.

MedigoFlame
Looked closely at the C4 Corvette that I got and couldn't help but notice that there was some missing paint and an actual hole in the hood. :yuck:

Hmmm, maybe good for a custom, since you opened it. That was one weird, but unique error. Could net $$$$. ;)

@Zach: You hit the jackpot with those cars bro! And I just got hit with memories of the 90s with these cars, once again. I remember some of those cars.

If your thinking of selling them, hit me up whenever.

Don't you daaaaaare  come on, drop it in my box now, NOW!!!

Go to hell dude. Great grabs. Lets see:

Mystery make and odd proportioned K.I.T.T. and mystery Audi - Group C Racer and Playart Mazda pickup

Off brand 300ZX and (I need help on this Hot Wheel)
mystery make land speeder for future custom

Jaguar XJS and '57 T-Bird - American Hauler and Good Humor Ice Cream Truck.

Both off-brands are Zylmex/Zees. The "land speeder" is a Kenner Fast 111, but I don't remember the name of the model. The HW truck is a Crack Ups Bumper Thumper missing it's rear camper as usual, and the KITT was, I think, made by Kenner. And I love the Playart Mazda, very, VERY rare car.

Volkswagen Camper (my proud discovery :D)

Wow. Dude was this also a dollar? Your absolute find of the day, the thing's minty and most importantly, with both doors. VERY VERY VERY difficult to find with both doors.

Alrighty, I'm gonna do a Phil here and reply to you all.

Thank you bud for the kind words. 👍
I'm a fan of Twin Mills, so I usually buy every one I come across.
You should see the Dark Riders version, I think it's eve cooler looking. I have it, but not the one with the fancy wheels.

Any chance I can buy a few off you?
That depends, which one(s) pique your interest?

@Zach: You hit the jackpot with those cars bro! And I just got hit with memories of the 90s with these cars, once again. I remember some of those cars.

I know, I was so happy when I found that Baby Boomer, it was one of my favorites as I said. :)
Don't worry, you guys get first dibs on the cars I sell. 👍

Thank you very much for the information, I knew you would answer everything!
I definitely want to find the camper for the Bumper Thumper if I even can.
That Mazda pickup is one of my favorites in that haul. It's missing some predictable pieces like the tailgate and I believe one other, but the shape and casting is superb.

Wow. Dude was this also a dollar? Your absolute find of the day, the thing's minty and most importantly, with both doors. VERY VERY VERY difficult to find with both doors.
You shoulda saw me when I discovered that thing!
The vendor had a box of cars for 50 cents and I bought a handful from that. After looking around more I saw the VW on a shelf and went back to ask how much it was. The lady said "Oooo, I'm gonna have to charge a bit more for that." Then I was thinking Okay, here we go. She's gonna want a hefty sum for this little guy. I was almost more shocked to hear "That's one dollar." than when I saw the car to begin with!
So happy I found it. :D
$8 for the KITT? Ouch.
I thought that was about the going price for those at the moment?
Oh well though, it's in the past now and my girlfriend absolutely loves it, so it was for sure worth the eight bucks.

Well, back onto the 540K donor story:

I just remembered, completely out of the blue that I have a car with the same wheels I'm needing. The best bit is that I could just swap the rear wheels with the ones I'm needing, because the car I'm planning to take apart is this! (It's a HW Swingfire BTW. Mine's a 1990 model though).

Is it too much of a rarity to take apart? As I said, I'll be swapping the broken wheels back on to replace the ones I just took off the back of the Swingfire, so it doesn't matter much visually. The brokenness of the wheel/axle doesn't matter anyway, it's mostly covered up by the cover on the wheelwell. :D
