I like Tomica Limited, but they are absolutely outclassed by the TL Vintage line though.

That is because Tomica Limited takes normal castings from the mainline, upgrades them in a few bits, adds detail and wheels, and voilá. Vintages are mostly exclusive castings for that line made with attentiion to detail already in mind when they are designed.

There's also a plethora of Tomica Limited Vintage models here in the Philippines, albeit costing more than 30 USD

Our distributor of Tomicas, however, do not bring them here. The hobby stores get them online or from various sources. We do get Tomica Limited, though, and they are plenty of those in major toy stores. But the old ones are the real deal.

Yes mate, flat black & wheels are a metallic blue, can't really see the colour of the wheels properly in that pic:tup:

I was watching an auction recently with one and the transporter it came with for $.99 and I missed the ending date so it didn't sell. I messaged the seller to ask if they still had it and got no response.

I won this for $3.24, and I had asked the seller beforehand to sell me just the car because I'm not going to want the truck anyway.

There were 2 Fast Fish Truckin' Transporters I wanted to get my hands on, the only seller has them both for $8 each, but they're $10 here meaning I'd save money buying it locally (which I don't want to do).

Make sure you grab a bright lamp and diffuse the light with a piece of paper, because your last batch of huge photos were hella blurry. Bad cameras behave like people with poor eyesight; make sure the place is well-lit. Having a bright white backdrop helps light up everything and sufficient lighting makes your photos come out more clear. Trust me.

If you wanted to show the world pics of your cars, at least make sure we can identify it. If you're just aiming to show us your collection, a single photo of everything works too. 👍 I know I don't, but I have a valid reason for that.

I'm using my Ipod to take pics and the only light in my room is my cealing fan, I posted pics of all my cars when I first posted the pictures.

That's not the point.

I can't think of a way to put this without you guys likely jumping to the conclusion that I'm being insulting. Basically, the way I see it:

"If you're going to show off something, it'd be nice if it was a little more... presentable.. or "legible" if that makes more sense."

I'm not saying you should all do it, but at least try to whenever possible, especially if you're showing off the collection. What you're essentially doing is providing us images of what you have... but if why should we struggle to make out what you have?

Would it not be better if you - who takes the picture - goes one extra step to add a bit more light to your photos? Photo clarity attracts attention, you'll want people to see your cars, and the primary goal you had in mind - to share photos - would've been successful - actually successful.

That's my understanding and opinion of sharing media and content.

Again, I like to aim for better if it has its benefits in the future, and while trying to be helpful, I provide tips for people should they seek to improve whatever it is they do. That said, I assume these photos will be saved in some photo folder for future reference which having a clearer photo per each car wouldn't hurt at all. If you choose not to do so, that's fine, but I'd appreciate it if it wasn't completely shot down the way you decided to handle it.

I do have a Huayra, painted in bright Green. I got it from a small store in HK. Brilliant quality expected from a Kyosho (not really a Kyosho anymore, as it is made by an ex-Kyosho factory).

I saw that when I was flicking through the thread. Looks good, but the colour is a bit bad for me. I'd love a silver one! Nothing against green though
