My purchases off Toy Peddler tonight:

$2.99, ea. I don't have the shipping quote yet, but I've bought from him before, so I trust him. I think he's still going. I was following everything he listed, and was so happy when I finally found the Olds 442! They go for $6 new at Walmart.

Let me know how much shipping is please, I'm way interested.

Way too much. For seven cars, it was $11.30. Add this to the fact that seller shorted my order, I can't say I'm pleased with this one.

It doesn't seem thaaaat high to me considering the bulk of M2's blisterpacks/acrylic displays (dunno how your cars were packed), but the order shortening does sound like teh suck.

In any which way, I'm way too poor now, spent too much on the trip, but it was well worth it.

Perhaps. Base shipping was $3.25, so I think in my head, I was expecting along the lines of $1 per additional on the high side.

Any FR-S's? Did you even look at my picture? :P

Do'h! :dunce:

But hey, I was sleepy when I posted that. :P

And I'll gladly take the FR-S if you aren't doing anything with them. Need a FR-S badly in my collection....

And since we got that covered.... What about that spare 993 GT2? ;)

Here's a nice, retro JDM I'll share today - a DR30 Skyline RS Turbo made by Kyosho:

Any fans of the DR30?

Oh man, I love the DR30 Tekkamen or "Iron Mask" Skyline. After seeing pictures of them, I wanted to get one, including a HNR31 GTS-R Skyline with the RB20. Then turn them into either drift cars or track/cruiser/daily cars with a RB25DET in both cars.

EDIT: I'll take the red R35 Jason!!! :D

Anyone need the Blue w/orange wheels 350Z first edition or the red R35 GT-R new model?

I'll be second in line if Shinji backs out on the 350Z. Or rather, I'll buy it off you, Shinji. :D

The skyline dilemma.

Looks like no one bit in the end.

Guess no one could justify spending that much, but not only that, the seller had 0 feedback rating so no one knows if he's legit. I only found out about the listing an hour prior to its end, but I didn't have any of the Skylines so I asked him if I could grab all 5 instead of just 4. He still hasn't responded yet.

How much fun do you have biking to stores, Jason? I just biked 8 minutes to the post office carrying a 6.5kg box in one arm wrapped around my side. Wasn't as fun as I wanted it to be.

I did that once for Cano, never again. :P

Most of the time stuff I ship can fit in my backpack. My local stores are all within a couple miles so its not that bad.

Just see it possitively. Think of the size of your biceps in a few years if you keep doing it regularly :0

I refuse to, because not only is it dangerous for my balance to be off to one side while biking, I also look silly doing it.

And it's positively.

For a HPI 1:43 the price is pretty right. I mean yes it's expensive, but it's quite in range.

I'm not saying it's expensive, I'm saying I have no money to buy it. :grumpy:

Edit: Here's the GT40 Gulf -

Looks good, but not a fan of the wheels.

Also, I returned to my fleamarket today after 3 weeks. Nothing but a wheel donor Lightning McQeen. AA guy had a cool Politoys 1:43 Ferrari Modulo from the 70s, but he wanted $25 for it ):

I not only must have all of the RLC Gulf cars this year for the sheer beauty of their colors, but also because Gulf Oil started in Pittsburgh. :)
