1000 ticket. Anyone get two of them?

if its 1000km or 100 wins ive done 3000 miles under the profile page not km and 95 wins and no 1000 ticket yet

I might be wrong but doesn't it have to be all the same race (track)? I think that's the case because I got one for the Turbo Challenge High Speed Ring track that I used to grind early on, then I got two of them for grinding the American Championship Indy track.

My big problem with this is that I don't believe the win tallies are counted correctly unless you actually exit the race after winning. You can do 20 races but if you don't exit and reload the race after each one, then those 20 races seem to be counted as 1 win if you only exit the race once. So getting the 100 wins for the same race can actually be a heck of a lot more wins in reality unless you exit the race every single time and reload (load times are frustratingly long when doing this). It seems this is the case to me because I use the same car for grinding yet the number of wins represented in the cars stats is extremely low compared to the number of actual wins that I've had with that car. I hope this make sense...

I rubber band grind Like The Wind and about every 8 hours I stop and pull out to GT Life and receive a ticket, go and change my oil and come back out to the GT Life menu and receive a 2nd 1000 ticket. I get them hand over fist by grinding Like The Wind. I've gotten like 8 tickets in the past 3 days.

Ive got 5 unopened right now...Really close to lvl 40/40 and grinding away...I have all the premium cars Im interested in having in the game so Ill probably just send them as gifts to my friends when we get back online...You do know that you can open the same ticket till you get a car that you want right?

Save your game save on a jump drive with the tickets on it....Open the ticket...If you dont like the car quit the game and load the save from the jump drive. When you restart the game the ticket will still be there...just open it till you get a car you want to keep.

I got 7 of them just sitting in my items list doing squat.... None of them duped, all earned legit, don't see the point of opening them as I'm nearly at 1500 cars now..

I save them for when a friend gets their data corrupted and has to start again, then I send them a load of 1000km tickets. It's about the only time they're any good, the ratio of decent cars per amount of tickets you get isn't great, but if you're starting from scratch they can sometimes be helpful.

Did the 1000km Suzuka today, didn't get a Gift Ticket for that

Just got my 2nd, got it while testing out my new Peugot 206 rally car on Eiger Norwand short. Funny thing is, I've only done that track 5 or 6 times, certainly not 100 times or 2000kms. (unless its counting how many times I did it in GT5P). Oh, and the two cars I've gotten? A New beatle cup car and a Mazda 323F. People have gotten Toyota GT-1s and Audi R8s from this ticket. It wouldn't bother me so much if the tickets followed some sort of pattern, but they seam to appear randonly. Oh PD, how how you confuse me...

I think you may be right on this when considering what constitutes a win in a cars stat file, but my experience would suggest otherwise, as far as the 1000 ticket is concerned.

I had 5 at one point, no duping (but a fair bit of rubberbanding...)

Yes I won two, despite the fact that I've won the Beyond the Autobahn trophy- which is awarded for driving 12800+ Kilometres.

I have received a total of 9 tickets so far since the outage as I have been grinding (not constantly BTW) "like the wind" with my red bull :-)

When I cashed them in I received 9 cars I already had and only received 2 new cars that weren't in my garage

Do a game safe first then load the game, cash in the ticket and if you don't like what you got, exit the game, reload the game save and try it over again. Each time you reload the game save it changes the car given away with the 1000 ticket.

Thanks for that 👍 but with over 860 cars in my garage i am not bothered by what I get to be honest. I am enjoying regualary checking the ucd and buying what comes in. I am only short by approx 166 cars and the fun is in the "whats the ticket gonna give today" Plus when the online garage is refreshed i can buy that little lot as well.

Seriously, I just got one from constantly running LTW. You don't need to exit the track after every race at all.

Also (and apologies, because this is off topic) I checked the UCD and found not one, but 2 M3 GTR LMs (the car I've been chasing for the best part of the week), so I bought them both!

Unfortunately, I can't trade them, >950,000cr apiece.

So I figure I for an upgrade, 1 for stock!
