eh don't want to get into that. Not the least of which risking corrupting my PS3 or GT5 data. Have you had good luck?

I am going to upgrade my HD to an 250GB SSD tonight though. :P

I dupe a lot :) so you never will corrupt your GT5 if you do it right. Good Luck upgrading your HD :dopey:

I got a Ruf RGT. I already had one, so I sold that and kept the new one.

I have got 2 in the past, don't remember the first one. Got a Pontiac GTO on my second ticket. Running the Lamans 24 hour now, should I get one after this race? Any ideas?

It depends......

Have you completed 100 races since the last time you were awarded the 1000 Ticket?

B-spec races don't count.

WTF?! I've driven over 3,000 km and a Ticket 1000. FYI, I reached the 2,000km mark way back when I didn't have a PSN, so basically I was playing offline. Is there anything wrong I'm doing? :indiff:

Are you saying that you haven't received your first 1000 Ticket?

You need to complete 100 races and drive over 2000km's to get the 1000 Ticket.

Have you done both?

B-spec races do not count.

Good luck!

B-Spec doesn't count? Well, 20 races to go...

No, B-spec races don't count.

Yeah, its a bit of a pain since the wins/mileage being shown on the game's Profile screen includes both A-spec and B-spec.

20 races to go?

Well, a little Seasonal race grinding will get you there in no time!:)

Good luck!

For your information, you will recive the 1000 ticket after 100 races or driving 2000km, wichever you will reach first. After reciving the 1000 ticket, the counter will reset so you now will have to complete another 100 races or drive another 2000 km.

Ummm... so why is it called a 1000 ticket if its 100 races or 2000mi.?
The last one I remember getting was a, old Fiat 500 -_-

Yes and no......

To some extent, I think we are saying nearly the same thing.

For your information, you will receive the 1000 ticket after 100 races or driving 2000km, whichever you will reach first.

If you changed this to say that you will receive the 1000 Ticket after 100 races or driving 2000km, whichever you reach second, I would agree.👍

At the risk of repeating myself:
1) the game is awarding the 1st 1000 Ticket after 100 races and 2000km's
2) the game is awarding the 2nd 1000 Ticket after 200 races and 4000km's
3) the game is awarding the 3rd 1000 Ticket after 300 races and 6000km's
4) the game is awarding the 4th 1000 Ticket after 400 races and 8000km's
5) the game is awarding the 5th 1000 Ticket after 500 races and 10000km's
6) etc......

The game is keeping track of the two counters (# of races, and mileage driven), and you must reach both counter's next increment in order to receive your next 1000 Ticket.

The wording on the Ticket is a bit missleading because it says "or"

To obtain your first 1000 Ticket, the Ticket should say "and"

To obtain your second 1000 Ticket, its ok if the Ticket says "or" as long as the qualifier is added that you have already reached the first counter. It does not matter which counter you reach first, but you need to reach both counter's milestones in order to receive your next 1000 Ticket and each subsequent 1000 Ticket.

You don't need to drive 2000km's between each 1000 Ticket if you already have built-up a mileage cushion on your way towards the first 100race/2000km Ticket mark. You just need to reach both counter's milestones in order to obtain the next 1000 Ticket. (the opposite corollary is also true)

First example, if you received your first 1000 Ticket after driving 3500kms (and 100 races), to obtain your second 1000 Ticket, you would only need to drive 500km's during your next 100 races.

Second example, if you received your first 1000 Ticket after completing 150 races (and 2000 km's), to obtain your second 1000 Ticket, you would only need to complete 50 races during your next 2000km's.

I have received 3 of these tickets so far

I have only ever played offline and can say that it is completely random as to what you receive. I have never been bothered or had the patience to try the save load thing

I have received an 80s skyline
Then I received a lexus lfa concept
Then I received an old mistubishi lancer

I wouldn't mind getting a formula gran tourismo.. Oh well, 2 more levels to getting the 24hour nurb and then the level 24 ticket (both a and b spec)
