As it seems that @1gorFraga is visiting this board now, and as he is a very prolific racer (I meet him in many, many races), I think it is appropriate to take him to task for some very dangerous driving practices.
I just finished the Sardegna WTC800 race in my F1 GTR. I was driving a one stop race and as I was exiting the pits, I was rammed in the back by Fraga at full speed in his Supra Gr3. I was correctly on the right of the white exit stripe, so he had no business crossing the pit exit line.
It is driving like this that ruins GT7 as a racing experience. Nor is this the only time I have seen this kind of recklessness from him and indeed many other famous eSports drivers.
So I think it is appropriate we should have a thread denouncing this kind behaviour. Have you seen reckless driving from Fraga? Post it below in this thread!

😁😜

It was very generous of him to offer to personally race every GT7 player whenever they wanted, his schedule must be packed. Jeez, no wonder he's been spinning people out, he's suffering from extreme sleep deprivation and needs help.

I believe that a mistake can happen because drivers can be tired or out of focus. I have seen many live videos of Igor and he seems to me a fair and clean driver.

...April Fools was like two weeks ago, buddy.

Nah, just kidding. But seriously, though, yeah, I have no clue why Kaz decided to insert the GTWS stars into the game as AI opponents. It was funny and cheeky at first, but now... now it kinda undermines their skill, don'tcha think? shrug

Igor is fine but whoever is driving that blue Subaru in Tokyo race, unacceptable late moves on a car going twice as fast. I would expect far better against these so called esports players.
That is Kokubun. If not maybe Yamanaka. They're so dirty and have no problem pit maneuvering you. Not to mention the egregious rubber band boost they get out of corners.

Mazda's Kokubun and Toyota's Yamanaka in a Subaru? Not Subaru's Miyazono?

Amusing though this thread is, imagine being:
  • Someone who has to go look these people in the eye next time there's a World Tour, having just been punted off by them again
  • One of these people and being punted off by yourself

It's a neat idea to have them in the game, but the AI really doesn't reflect well on them!

Yes, the AI makes me want to hunt down the real people and let them know how bad they look! Also, AI have NO concept of what a blue flag is!

At least Tidgney (M Grady) behaves. He's my driver of the week! :gtpflag:
No, that fool spun me out in Sarth where the 4th straight takes that slight bend.

All of you know the exact spot I'm talking about cuz the AI does not care if you're beside them, they are hitting that (irrelevant) apex.

The AI is horrible….kicked my ass out the pitstop entry in les mans and while i tried to get back into the pitstop a lot of other cars kicked me as well.20 minutes wasted…and they bulldoze you without even losing a tiny bit of speed or go off their line.An absolutely shame for any racer this AI would be. 👎

It seems the AI changes from day to day.
Yesteday was doing the WTC700 on LeMnas, the one called Kevelham never pitted.
Not for wets when it bucketed down, so he was rolling around with soft slicks
When he ran out of fuel, he kept doing around at 80km/h.

He is not doing that today.

They also seem to be able to drive faster in the wet on slicks than you.
You're taking a corner at 100km/h and at the limit, AI shunts you off as they're doing 140km/h around the same bend on same compound

I wont talk about how the Pitstops are broken as hell.
AI gets their stops done faster.

This, and I find it hilarious that the AI drives like a beginner, but they have given it the names of some of the best eSports drivers :)
They drive like beginners until the last lap. I did the Supra menu book last night. Took 6-7 seconds a lap out of the leader (the first split after the start of the race had me at +28sec) and started lap 5 about a second behind. Didn't win because the leading AI suddenly learned how to drive and took fastest lap. Same deal on the previous book (Porsche). If you aren't leading at the start of lap 5, forget it.
