yea same here. though i wish that FOX HD would actualy broadcast the race in HD. guess they dont have the proper cameras at the track for HD i guess.

Strange co-incidence that both RB and Renaults brakes have trouble, and engines occasionally. I think they're sharing some secrets.

yeah, Bernie has been criticized for not changing F1 to hd.

I just heard F1 will be on slicks next year hurray!

yea with all the millions of dollars F1 has they cant afford some HD cameras?

but i herd a rumor that they would be using slicks next year glad to hear its been confirmed.

I don't like using dirty words, but all I can say now is: Screw you, Heidfeld.

Not only you've been the (possibly) luckiest podium this season, but you've had to hold back an under-powered Alonso all the way until his refrigeration system started boiling and jammed his gearbox. Heidfeld wasn't gonna lose his position if he let Alonso pass, either.

God, I'm furious. Kudos to Kubica, anyway.

I guess it's payback for Monaco.

The engine issue is explained, since Red Bull use Renault engines.

I say Kubica and BMW win the championship

Massa 👍 Nice pass

Kubica 👍 Good run (so far)

Kimi 👍 For just walking away (considering I trashed him for Monaco, hat's off to him for this incident, classy move)

DC 👍 Good run

Hamilton 👎 For being a jerk and not coming right out and acknowledging the fact and say, 'I screwed up' instead of saying it was 'one of those things that happens'. (No respect dude.)

C'mon Coulthard! Hang in there for that podium 👍

Awesome double overtake earlier by Massa

You couldn't script this stuff... KR's race taken away like he did for Sutil in Monaco. And Lewis, like father, like son, seem to not know what brakes are for. What a rookie stunt... made my day. It will take awhile to live that one down! Poor Alonso just can't get by 'quick' Nick, the rolling roadblock. Good times for Kubica!

when was he ever interviewed?

edit: ugh timo screwed over his teammate good

Good ending to a crazy race! Congrats to both the BMW drivers for a brilliant performance

Totally chuffed to see David get on the podium for the first time in years

by far the most interesting race of the season so far. its going to take alot to top that with all the drama that was created there.

:tup:I'm with you... Alonso was driving like a demon. So sad...:(

I suppose you're right. Still... Grah. I think I've never gone that frustrated during a race in a long time.

Anyway, watching Kubica on the top of the podium is chilling me down. He's been deserving that for such a LONG time. That, and the fact Hamilton is showing as the jerk he can be... That's gold!

I didn't think it was a particularly entertaining race, though I think that's the first I've watched from start to finish in quite a while.

The result however is very interesting, driver's championship is looking very open.

It seems like Rosberg could have avoided the accident too, but he was busy following Hamilton.

What's with the whole red light situation anyway? Why is it always Canada?

Liek he said, he was focusing on merging out into the traffic and was probably spending too much time looking in his wing mirrors thinking everyone else would be doing the same speed in the pits.

Then, "Oh S***", they've stopped.

Oh and can anyone hint at what Alonso said that was offensive in the interview after he went off?

Congrats to Robert Kubica and BMW. It's such a great way to revisit the circuit after his nasty crash last year.

Perhaps Kimi getting rear-ended is karma for Sutil at Monaco.

Kudos to BMW and Kubica. It was only a matter of time before it happened. I'm glad now there's a confirmed 3rd contender in F1, just what I wanted to see!
