2011 Chinese Grand Prix

Interesting tidbit: no one has won the Chinese GP twice.

Mark Webber is driving like a man... Possessed. :sly: :dopey: FUEL CRITICAL?!!!!! What?!!! Randy

Hamilton 4th. Should be able to jump Rosberg but he will need quite a lead on him. BBC just seen the Alonso DRS after turn 15.

Come on Rosberg. Get your maiden win.:D

Button's pit is unfortunate... there are some guys ahead of him who may be two stopping... couldn't be helped... his tires are gone.

Webber takes Schumacher... Hamilton in and out in front of Webber. Big question for both Mclarens... what will Massa do?

Schumacher on Webber again!

Webber on Schumacher again!

What the hell?

Rosberg finally in...

Rosberg in front of Hammie... But I think Hamilton can take him down the main straight...

or could have... if he had any KERS left...

Damn... this race is going by too fast!

And now Rosberg has fuel problems! Aggh!

Wow, just one retirement?
Nice reliabilty and races for all of the cars. 👍
Only Alg retirement because of that suspect loose wheel nut.

I don't think Vettel's tyres will last. Hamilton on the chase now.

Impressive bout by Rosberg with fuel issues now. :grumpy:

Could Rosberg run out of fuel? That was why he had to lift off.

When has there ever been 5 cars in the top 7 seconds over 40 laps through a grand prix before?:D

A bit too easy for LH on Rosberg there...

Rather anonymous race from Alonso. Massa pitted 2 laps early the first time round and its made all the difference.

Because Nico has the engine throttled down to save fuel... poor boy.

Hamilton up into 3rd. Less than six seconds behind Vettel. The question... when to attack Massa? When to attack Vettel?

Heidfeld chops Perez! Ouch. Bad move.

Hamilton on Massa! That looked too easy!

Too close for comfort for Heidfeld and Perez.

At last, DC has realised that it's "Heidfeld" and not "Heidfield"... hurrah!

SPEED has some really fun commentating!

The only redeeming factor when it comes to this coverage.

Hamilton takes Massa.

Hamilton's times are wicked quick, he may catch Vettel in a couple laps

Hamilton with an explosive series of passes... this could get really interesting.

Hamilton into second. 4.6 seconds to Vettel. Webber is going 3 seconds a lap faster then Vettel. Such a shame it all went pear shaped earlier.

Edit: Hamilton takes 9 tenths. Now 3.7. Buttton mixing it up with Massa and Rosberg.

Vettel personal best. Hamilton 4 tenths faster.

SPEED has some really fun commentating!
I loved when Hobbs was speculating on when Rosberg was going to come in for his second pit stop and said something like "I think he's going to come in.........now, in zero laps."

This is going to be a great race: LH vs SV :D

This is going to be fun. :D 👍 Here comes Lewis.. and GOT HIM! :D Nice move. :) Look at Webber from 18th to 3RD! :D Wow.. what race!!! Not since Imola 2005, a great race like this! :D

Has Massa gotten his spark back? He's fighting damned hard.

Lol...incident for Sutil and again..Perez.

Rosberg overcooks it! Massa and Button through, but there's no way Massa can keep in front of the McLaren... not on those tires.

These Pirellis are making a right hash of 2-stop / 3-stop strategizing by the teams. Incredible stuff!

Sutil v/ Perez. Gravel wins.

Vettel is turning the wick back up, but that McLaren is definitely going to catch him. Question is... will the speed differential be enough for Hamilton to pass him?

1.3 seconds on the last lap pulled in by Hamilton! Just 1.6 seconds. Wow.:D

I'm disappointed slightly by Perez' conduct. Two incidents? Really?

Sad to say this but Hamilton have the higher chance to win...
Vettel tyre have already wear out than Ham.

Nail biting attempt by Hamilton! Thought he was going to stuff it into the first corner!

Patience Lewis... Vettel has no tires left.

Massa doesn't have much under the car, either... he takes a creative line as Rosberg overtakes him...

Race Control reviewing Sutil v. Perez... AFTER giving Perez the drive-through. Apparently they're taking it to the civil court to assess further damages for the defendant.

Hamilton takes the lead!

EDIT: Whoa... Webber has ninja'd his way into 5th behind Rosberg... and has now passed him! At least there's some good news for Red Bull at this point.
