Big frustration for Vettel. He's clearly faster than Hamilton on tires that are a couple of laps fresher, but he's not quite fast enough to make any of those moves stick as long as Hamliton parks his car in the middle of the corner.

I hope that pit stop doesn't bite Vettel... now that he's on an earlier stop than Hamilton, Hamilton can pit and have fresher tires than Vettel... and he pits now... Whoops... Vettel overtook him with a scorcher of an outlap.

Webber pits... Button doesn't reciprocate. Vettel around Massa. Terrific stuff.

You were saying ludes?

:D

To be fair Ferrari havent had to use hards all weekend. Also they have been so quiet about the EBD rules that one can only assume that it would advantage them.

Button out.

Hmmm what a shocker. The Italian cheats influence on the FIA pays off big time. What a shallow victory and they say cheats never prosper

If you give me you mail address, I can post you some more straws to grasp at :p

If Alonso wins this race, itll be another one in the book of wins that he gets gifted.

Button out...bizzare wheelnut incident. Button and lolipopman fault. Impatient.

Button can't be on top of everything happening in the pits. If the lollipop man tells him to go, he goes.

Bad news for Hamilton, he has to switch back fuel maps... and from the RBR radio conversation, they know how bad McLaren's situation is. Lewis is having to dive deep into the corners to keep pace while saving fuel. I don't think that's going to work out... Webber is on fresher tires, it's only a matter of time before he overtakes Lewis. Still... 4th place after starting 10th is pretty good for Hamliton.

To add insult to injury, McLaren are under investigation for that botched pit release.

Why? Hes had a brilliant drive, and was just the fastest man out there today, with the best strategy.

Alonso for the win. Good job by him, though their car are still not inside the Red Bull zone.

And vettel still hasnt overtook anyone of note for as long as i can remember with genuine race craft.

I fail to see how you can blatantly ignore the fact that save for a defective wheel nut, Vettel would have won this race.

McLaren seem to have adopted the 'derp' style of management this weekend.
