Cracking game! good performance by Liverpool..

It depends on exactly what you say. You can say the officials were rubbish and/or got things wrong but if you say or imply that they did it on purpose or favoured the other team for whatever reason you'll end up banned.

You have to be smart about it or don't say anything at all.:sly:

There has been a lot of talk about time added on lately and they said 4 mins seems to be a regular/minimum requirement

Yep it's been like this for years. 3 minutes if the home team is winning a close game, 4 minutes if the away team is or if it's a draw, although this year they seemed to have added an extra minute to both which only used to happen near the end of the season.

The only time you'll see less than 3 minutes at the end of the game is when someone is getting battered. When they are actually some injuries we end up with 6 or 7 minutes.
 
If you're up by like 3-4 goals I don't think added time is really that necessary.
 
So what with the small break in the season this week, i thought i would announce that in off to Wembley in a few weeks to see Swansea in the Capital One Cup final!!!:):cheers:

I will definitely watch it.


I really hate to wait a week before next Premier League match.
But after the next round it's Champions League.

United will go to Spain to meet Real, which will be one thrilling match. :nervous:

But i was going to make a point about that..there are some people are saying that the title race is over now that we are 9 points clear..but i think there are so many twist and turns to come as the fact that United are still in europe and City are not will be a factor as City dont have to play extra games and do all the travelling..they will be much fresher in the run-in!..

And @MUSC, You're absolutely correct. We have a tonne of matches to play and several difficult prem games in April and May including City, Chelsea and Swansea. As they say, it's not over till it's over as last year proved. Our game was finished while City were still playing and they won the league in stoppage time.

Yeah, you might be right.

But I think that United (even with the extra matches and travelling) will be more fit the next months, than they have been the last couple weeks.
We have a great size of squad with lots of good players, and they can handle the extra matches.

Question is, can they handle the level required to perform in both the PL and CL and the FA cup?
I think yes, with Rooney finding a good form, and RvP will always be a threat.
I also think we have more stability on the midfield now than earlier in the season, and the defense is also better than earlier.

Not surprised about Mcleish and Forest, i think its been on the cards for a few days, Forest are run by a buntch of cowboys..just as bad as the Venkys at Blackburn..and thats saying something!

England will be wearing black armbands tonight to mark the anniversary. That was possibly the best United team ever with Duncan Edwards leading the line.
