Kimi did 32 laps on those tyres. Making a pit stop will lose him about 30 seconds with 22 laps to go. I get the feeling that they'll just cross their fingers and hope he can hold on to second.

Kimi obviously had higher fuel, RB told Vettel to burn up fuel earlier. That was probably to reduce the weight of the car so that he can go easier on the tyres.

With you 100% on this, I really think Alonso has worked harder for it over the course of the season. But if Vettel does this he may well become the best driver in the history of the sport as much as I don't want to say it.
 
I have only watched three races this year: Bahrain, Catalunya, and Abu Dhabi. I have enjoyed all three.

On Sky the Pirelli man just said max life of softs is 36 laps, not 42.
 
Lewis exit feels like Singapore all over again.

Vettel breaking his front wing might be a good omen if he somehow manages to last to end of race. Will make a good meme if he does pull it off.

Well, that's the end of Grosjean's season. Not really his fault that the incident started, but certainly is how it finished.
