One of the Vette DPs.

I'm thinking someone needs to start thinking about taking that 19 off the track.
 
Anyone notice the lights on some GT cars? What are those? Some are green, blue, red, etc. Do they indicate class position like in ALMS/LMS?
 
What's wrong with the #19? Spun twice along with running into a DP car within a lap...

As far as I can tell, they're just accent lights; it probably makes it easier for the spotters to recognize their cars. Some of the DP's have them, too.
 
I am taking a power nap lol going to be at track all night.

There is amazing racing this year. Top 10 exchanging every lap, loving it.

I think watching them race at night is so atmospheric, it really is a joy to watch.

O damn tp is a 5th of a tenth off the fastest gt lap and he has never driven these cars. :o

Pretty good considering near zero experience in the Ferrari. Nighttime may be helping his times with cooler temperatures, but still getting up to speed really well.

Agreed, this is an excellent race. Can't wait to see them live this summer in Montreal. I might even consider going to the 6 hour at Watkins Glen, but I'm going to Montreal for sure.
 
The 458 seems slower then the Porsches down the straights.

Edit: speed needs to show more gt racing cause its actually good racing.
 
My guide only says coverage until 10 (EST), but Bobby V just said it's until 11?
 
I would love to catch a race at the Glen, I was lucky enough to be at the Bathurst 24 hrs in 2003. That was awesome.

Yea it's 10 for me too but I'm going to a stream on my comp now so it will be gt5 and the 24h race all night :D

I don't think it means anything in particular in Grand Am. Might just be to help the spotters.

I dont know the colors, but I know they are used to identify class leaders. Green = 1st?

Hell ya. :) I'm getting tired of the Car Warriors commercial, it's such a terrible show..
 
Both R8s are out....I which the Speed timing and scoring would tell you when a car is out of the race.
 
Why is speed having stupid on board cams was hoping for something better.
