Sir Alex has said a few times before that he wouldn't come back..

Very bad news for Arsenal, Wilshire is out for 6 weeks with a fractured ankle which he suffered in the England game....and Arsenal have some massive games to come in the next few weeks so that's a big blow for them, he didn't get subbed straight away did he?, why didn't they just take him off right away?

It was a nasty tackle no doubt about it, our tough dane Daniel Agger proper came flying in there and caught him right on the ankle...

There's something fishy about that, Agger a Liverpool player, injuring a player from one of their title rivals...

Was the first thing what popped up in my head as soon as the tackle was made.

Big weekend of Cup and League football this weekend

Wolves fan buys a shirt to find it has the badge upside down, so the club react with this letter

United line-up against West Brom:

De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Smalling, Evra; Carrick, Fellaini; Mata, Rooney, Januzaj; van Persie.

Might hope for some attacking football today. :D

Brilliant from Arsenal, big big win for the season. All were fantastic onwards to Wembley

Arteta looked lost. And at times it was Ox vs Everton but, a really strong finish from Arsenal.

Really good win for United today.

Everyone looked interested in getting a result, and it payed off. Jones were really good, and Rooney was running around like he had taken a box of adrenaline shots. Good performance, and only just in time before the big game next weekend.

Still, I would hold Liverpool slightly favorites looking back at this seasons performances.

Arteta had a very good second half, the rest were great.

It wasn't a good performance by United, I thought we looked average at times...good win though, West Brom sacking Steve Clarke is looking more like a bad decision every week, Pepe Mel still after his first win as manager...

It was a better performance than many of our other games. At least we played the ball through the middle a lot more instead of just putting in crosses and just hoping for the best. Admittedly, one of our goals came from a cross and it was a good one but the main thing is that we won.

The best move was for the Welbeck goal, great move great finish...

...just watching the Chelsea-Spurs game, 0-0 in the second half, one word to describe it..ZZzzzzzzzzzz.......

Nothing can really get going because Eto'o keeps going to the ground when the wind blows too strongly and both teams are just taking out players on the break to stop the break. Could get really physical in the last few minutes.

1-0 Eto'o! I still don't like Eto'o though. Plays like a Child at age 32.

Eto'o 1-0, that's livened things up!

Spurs are getting hammered now.

First a horrible pass from Verthongen, and now Spurs got Kaboul red carded, and Hazard scores from the penalty.

And now Kaboul is sent off.

Wasn't a pen and it wasn't a red card, big mistake by the ref..

Chelsea will be favorites after this, goes to show pretty football doesn't always bring results they're by far the most boring team of the top 6

Man United are now in the top 6 :p

debatable. Nobody in front of Eto'o and he was clearly going to get a touch on the ball. A soft penalty but, a penalty in my book.

Of the current top 6, Chelsea are in the middle of excitement. United have never been an exciting team to watch IMO and Spurs are pretty dreadful.

Sandro should have been sent off 10 minutes ago. Now, he should have been sent off a second time for taking down Oscar.
