Grosjean seems to have a good pace today. Atm he's the only one able to fight with Vettel.

Actually, his closest competitor is 3 and a half seconds behind him and is very quick.
 
I don't think Webber actually left the pitlane so the team could retrieve the car (as you can't reverse down the pitlane under your own power IIRC, even if the car could have done it).

Whereas before they forgot they basics, Webber was a second behind him and Hamilton another second further back. I'm sure he would rather have things as they are now, than what they were before.

Perhaps he would, but he has no control over any of those things. All he can do is go out there and try to win the race.
 
Webber will need luck to win.

Even a safety car wont help as he can't pass it and unlap him self.
