Ugh, too much going on at the end here. Simple fix on the 123, good news.

Maybe not so much on the 126, but they have a good lead over 4th so hopefully they can fix it and get it back out.

Oh god 123 is in the box

don't put the hood up! nothing to see here... just bring it home. :nervous:

looks like the mozler just finished their last stop... so now the gap is an even 40 Laps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it impossible for 4th to catch the 126 at this point?

Also, what is the second column in the live timing?

Yeah, the 126 was being towed... but P4 is like 2 hours behind so it's not possible for them to be off the podium at this point. Second column with the icons tells you where they are (green = running, green circle = out-lap, P = pit, F = fuel, they'll also put in up and down arrows for position changes).

edit: speaking of which Lucas is on his out-lap now... *whew* car's ok.

The one with the green dots and the letters? P = In pits, O = out lap, F = Fueling up. Green dot = completed lap?

Edit: tree'd. But I will add that both cars are back on track now.

123 has changed from 'pit' to 'fuel' so I guess that must mean it's about to come back on track :)

Edit: and indeed it has....with Lucas behind the wheel.

I have to say this live timing is great to have. I wish F1 would give us this kind of data stream. It's wonderful if you're a race engineer nerd like myself. :)

PD should give us something like this for GT. Log into the official GT site, input the race room number and get a live timing screen like what we are seeing right now. Brilliant.

I would have no idea what's going on without it. I'm still confused by all the different classes

I tweeted for the 123 for RLM's #sotr... anyone else? :D

I think theres a Mosler stuck in that ball of duct tape

Oooooh, big spin for the Merc there....lucky to not get damage :scared:

This is why money shouldn't drive cars in my opinion. That was too close for my nerves, especially 23hrs in.

The worst part is he can't change his pants for 20 more minutes

yeah, he's definitely going to be wide awake for the last 20 minutes after that one.

James Moffat is pushing the 126 car to 2:10.9xx laps, and Lucas is babying the 123 running 2:25's. :p

They make the Seat battle sound interesting. Too bad they can't point a camera at it...

1 more lap!

... and it's done!

oh god look at the clag...

did the 888 just drive into the dirt?

Absolutely Epic! The 2013 GT Academy Rookies win in high style

This is so completely awesome and another big boost for the credibility of GT Academy. 👍

Huge Congratulations to Nick, Stan, Miguel, Florian, and Lucas! :gtpflag:

wonderful result. Much respect to everyone. Great job RJN, Nissan, and the 2013 GT Academy class. 👍

now... I think there's a bed with my name on it. :D

Every motor race in the world needs to have the drivers taken to the podium via camel. This is hilarious!

yeah, this is the strangest podium ceremony ever.

I hope the camels meet the minimum weight
