I take that as a yes then! don't get all this hate for Sterling, he is still only what 19..20 years old and you having a go for him doing a challenge which was reckless but was in a friendly and the type of thing other young players his age have done on the pitch...
 
I don't know what to expect from the England-Italy game.

Just being realistic. I'm expecting the normal, get out the group, then go out in the second round on penalties after Rooney gets sent off after 65 minutes.

This is the World Cup. Nothing is normal.
 
I'm predicting a boring 0-0 draw. Italy will try to control the game but won't go all out, and England won't be good enough to create anything.

It's not the hate, it's the hype. It would be nice to see England do well, but it always ends the same way.
 
I want Rooney to score, because I'm a United fan and I would be happy for him to break his world cup duck at any time during this tournament...
