What's the deal with the top time? Senna_immortal. Was it illegitimate?

No one ever talks about it, and people refer to immortal pilots lap as being the fastest.

That is @IMMORTALPILOT. Germany only had 1 week (compared to the usual 2) to set a time on the leaderboard, so he made a second account (not German), so he could continue to do the TT.

Does anyone know why Ti Tech didn't participate? I don't think Immortal would have won had Ti Tech participated. Both of them are great, but in my opinion, Ti Tech is the better of the two without question.
