To me it looks like those turbos will be heating up the intake nicely.. I certainly hope they will add some heat shielding. Hot intake air is a big no no for turbos.

Based on what I've read during my research for the Volvo, a CAI isn't really needed for a turbo engine since the turbo's heat up the air anyways. I assume there's an intercooler in that Mustang too which would provide the colder air that is needed.

Not what I meant. I was after the apparent fact that the exhaust side of the turbos is rather close to the intake pipe which probably will heat it up considering the excess heat produced by turbochargers.

You might make some power still if the stock intake is restrictive.

We'll get the 'Laser'. It has some decals on the side and a body-coloured front grill with some different alloys. It also has a digital stereo/cassette in place of the navigation screen.

As long as it costs them less to do a recall post release than fixing in pre-production and/or delaying release, it will keep happening.

I agree its silly on that car. "Terminator" does have a special place in Mustang lore it is the Code name for the 2003 Cobra and "Terminator" got put on the Side scoop inserts Part Number as an Easter egg. But I doesn't belong any where on a new car. I really loathe when car companies reuse things that should be a one off name IE GMs constant reuse of LT-1 engine code.

They had to get it in the right gear so it wouldn't shift down when they floored it. But after they floored it it still didn't spool until halfway through the rev range. They need to work on that for sure. These car manufacturers are using much smaller turbos but still getting peak torque at freaking 2000 rpm.
