He's back on track again, but I could imgine the whole balance and setup is ruined now.
Dunno what he though with that braking maneuver.

If I had Prof.Xavier mental powers the first thing I would do is instruct the TV director who insists on showing a shot of the crew watching the race when a battle is going on to punch himself in the twiddly bits.

It's like the WTCC; you need that human drama to "shine", man!

Meanwhile, the number 7 Audi is having some problems. The car just spun out, but not before experiencing understeer...

Good lord the 919 is fast this year!

I do not see Toyota competing this year, sadly. They have gone from having a dominant car, to a wildly inferior car. I have no idea what they've been up to in the winter.

I've yet to see any Porsche reliability, hopefully that will be confirmed today. I already know my pick to win Le Mans this year.

I guess Toyota either took too much of a break, or they weren't prepared for Porsche and Audi to make so much progress with their cars. Unfortunately, it has cost them dearly. Their pace does not quite stack up to the German rivals, and now they are struggling to keep up.

Nevertheless, I'm still holding my breath for Le Mans, you never know how will that race go...

Missed the braking point and used the access through the barriers to get back on track.

Which, by the way, was a pretty lucky break for Brandon. I'm amazed he managed to mind that gap and avoid any damage to the car.

Meanwhile, the 91 Porsche was given a penalty for ignoring blue flags and causing a collision... How did that happen? :boggled:

Yeah, those Porsches are stupid fast

Guess not even Audi's newest "low drag" kit can halt the insane pace that the 919s have been having... Toyota has it even worse, they can't keep up with either the Audis or the Porsches.

Porsche always run the low DF kit however. They did so last year as well.

That was a racing incident at best, but Estre was being shown blue flags, so I guess he takes responsibility even though the 19 was pulling off a crazy online racing styled move by divebombing through the corner and not into the corner since the car was halfway off track...

Nr. 19 Porsche making a habbit of being in the way this race... And how long will it take for them to come up with a penalty for the shortcut taken by the nr. 17?

Is that so? That might explain the crazy pace, but still, it's incredible that the 919s are so much faster than the opposing LMP1s... Ah, and the ByKolles should be renamed the ByHopeless, because the only thing they'll win in these races is experience.

I'm also sad at the fact that the Dome isn't doing so well. Come on, Strakka!
