I would do exactly that, citing lack of organizational control. It's a team sport and G-Drive gave Yacaman the means to do what he did, regardless if it was under team directive. Maybe that would provide disincentive to teams looking at hiring known nutjobs. You win as a team, you get thrown out as a team. The G-drive team should be thrown out of this race.![]()
50 minutes to go I remember I can see it on Eurosport LOL.The Europeans are missing out on a good race.
And KCMG were the ones pulled for brake testingSad to see Yacaman is still up to his old tricks....
The race stewards at the 6 Hours of Fuji have decided, after reviewing video evidence and telemetry data following the contact between the #47 KCMG Oreca and #28 G-Drive Ligier that:
The driver of the #47 who was defending his position against #28 which was very close to him, braked 37 metres sooner than usual as he considered the damped braking side of the track. This way of defending his position explained the contact between the 2 cars.
The Stewards considered that the driver of car #28 was not responsible for the incident
Regarding the driver of car #47 the Stewards consider that the fact to brake so early even in defending his position was potentially dangerous for other drivers as for himself.
Therefore the Steward decide to impose a reprimand to Richard Bradley, the driver of car #47.
There is a right to appeal and DSC believes that on the basis of data recovered from the #47 the team are set to do so.
When they crashedWas that at turn 1?
When they crashed
Laughable Stewards just give them a black flag and that's it. It was 100% intentional the only goal was to ruin other driver race.
I'm boycotting the F1 race that weekend because of this. The nerve that that idiot has.Neveu throw a hand grenade into the muppets oatmeal. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/121327?source=mostpopular
That, plus the fact it's "the new track", so fewer people will be willing to miss the race, due to the hype over all the "newness". If it was a less exciting track, with the state of F1 these days, I think a lot of people would be willing to skip watching F1 live in favour of watching Le Mans, and just watch a replay/highlights of F1 later. They could easily move the f1 race up a week. Thats why it looks intentional from the wec's point of view.
It dosent matter whitch track F1 race at it will always be ****!!That, plus the fact it's "the new track", so fewer people will be willing to miss the race, due to the hype over all the "newness". I know it would never ever happen, but I would love love love to see the WEC schedule Le Mans for the Monaco weekend just for the laughs.
I don't less chance of him taking out GTE cars.Hulkenberg is the only one I feel sorry for, not being able to defend his win, but other than that I don't think it will have much effect on anything. I don't think the fans will miss out on much to be honest.
Plenty of clashes in motorsport all the time.
Allegedly.I don't less chance of him taking out GTE cars.
Not allegedly it was blatant on the videos.Allegedly.F1 drivers dont make those types of mistakes. Didnt you know The Incredible Hulk won the 24hrs of Le Mans all by himself?
![]()
Yeah I know that (theNot allegedly it was blatant on the videos.
They can't though considering Hulkenburg has a contract first and foremost with Force India.Yeah I know that (theis a clue) but according to the great Eduardo Freitas it never happened. Of course he is also the guy that proclaimed Yacaman was the victim in the accident at Fuji so...
If Hulkenburg really wants to race at Le Mans I am sure that Force India can find somebody to fill that seat so they can record another 13th place finish.
