It's hard for me to grasp that Johnson and Jr are on the 40s, Edwards is 36, Harvick is on the verge of 40 as well... Grew up "racing" against some of them on EA NASCAR games, and soon they'll be gone...
I feel there is far more stock in that then Jenson really. Yeah Jenson seems likely but I'd say Stewart leaving is 5x as much, and just being a team owner in NASCAR day to day. Stewart has had a bad season this season and we all know what happened last year, it just seems he really doesn't want or have much to give out there. And we know it's not the cars.
Good update, and when there is something like that announced in the NASCAR world after a rumor preceded it, that usually means it will come to be reality. NASCAR isn't so tight lipped or evasive in the back ground workings as F1 tends to be.
That would be nice to see, but SHR already has 4 cars. A team can run a 5th for up to 7 (I believe it is 7) races, but I believe that is only for rookies.

Kurt can perform. Danica, don't get me wrong, she's shown improvment, but she still isn't running very consistently. She's still having decent runs every now and then, but cars are still being torn up, and she's running with underfunded teams when she herself is in some of the best equipment in the buisness.
Kurt and Kevin have both shown they can win. Stewart is in a huge dryspell, so in a nutshell, Danica should be doing better. It's been shown that openwheel drivers have had a history of underperforming in the Cup series.
I honestly think with here ability now, she'd be a better fit in the truck series or Xfinity.
Yes, Kurt's history, the truths and non-truths included, have hurt his chances of gathering sponsors, which is why Gene Haas personally sponsored him. If it wasn't for Danica bringing in so much money through sponsors, Haas wouldn't be able to do that.
The Roush drivers on Xfinity can perform way better than the Cup guys (Bubba Wallace, Ryan Reed, Chris Buescher and Elliott Sadler > Biffle, Stenhouse Jr, and Trevor Bayne).
I didn't know Jimmie Johnson was in his 40s to be honest. Heck, I still imagine Jeff Gordon is still 29 sometimes! I actually didn't know Chase Elliott (who will replace Jeff Gordon) is 19 currently.
I sometimes call New Hampshire Motor Speedway as the "Boring Mile." Seems like lots of folks didn't like the latest race at Loudon. So maybe these races will fare much better?

Apart from surviving the annual Daytona demo derby and getting a lucky win, Ryan Reed hasn't done anything of note this year. Chris Buescher seems like Ricky Stenhouse 2.0 (decent Busch series driver, will be a wreck magnet in Cup). And Bubba Wallace and Elliott Sadler are just average at best. Sadly, you are right in saying that is a better driver lineup than the Cup side. I think Biffle, the only Roush driver with any real talent, is considering either moving on or retiring unless consistently better equipment is provided. We all know what a catastrophic failure Wrecky Spinhouse Jr. is. Finally, Trevor Bayne simply drives too slow to wreck *but still manages on occasion* or run competitive every week.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, but I honestly think Bayne's Roush's worst driver right now. Not to say Stenhouse isn't an equally bad dose of awful, but at least he has two Nationwide titles and a couple of wins there compared to Bayne's 2. Don't get why Advocare decided to leave Dillion in 2011(?) for a significantly worse driver (Bayne's 29th in points and Dillon is 21st).
Outside of Biffle being horribly OP in NASCAR Manager, Biffle just needs some solid equipment and not the trash Roush has been giving him. Reed hasn't done anything else particularly impressive outside of that Daytona win, Buesher, while he has determination, gives no 🤬 running over his own teammate to get to it. Sadler is on his way out I believe, so Wallace seems like a good enough choice to move up to cup if his sponsorship situation wasn't trash.
There can be only one conclusion:

New Hampshire only needs one race a year.
