Luis Enrique will leave Barcelona at the end of his contract in the Summer, he will have been manager there for three years, Koeman among the names linked with the job.

Games this weekend

Saturday
Leicester v Hull
Liverpool v Arsenal (5.30 BT)
Man United v Bournemouth (12.30 Sky)
Stoke v Middlesbrough
Swansea v Burnley
Watford v Southampton

Sunday

Monday Night

Some very interesting games, these games are the reverse fixtures from the opening weekend of the season.

If only there were smilies/emojis to describe my teams today, oh wait there are.

Man United: :grumpy::grumpy::grumpy::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Swansea: 👍👍👍:D:D:D

After flying to Sydney yesterday and having less than 3 hours sleep on the way I decided to get some sleep and miss the United match (it was on at 11pm here). I'm kind of glad because these games where we have a stupid number of shots and don't win are frustrating. Sounds like an eventful game for all the wrong reasons.

Spurs beating Everton 2-0, Tottenham have been all over them having loads of chances, both goals from Kane.

Edit, 2-1 now, Lukaku's goal, 10 minutes to go.

You know when a team is absolutely going down, you know it, everyone knows it, and it's a painful inevitability for the fans? That's happening in Warwickshire this season.

Best thing to do is axe your new, mid-season manager after just 16 games.

5th March - Russell Slade (Coventry City, sacked) League One

Sackings: 25
Resignations: 6

Total: 31

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Tyrone Mings have both been charged by the FA for violent conduct for their clashes in the United-Bournemouth game on Saturday, Zlatan for the elbow on Mings and Mings for the stamp on Zlatan's head, Zlatan should be a three game ban but for Mings it could be more.

Tyrone Mings banned for five matches, Zlatan does get a three match ban.

Man City v Stoke in the PL tonight.

The FA Cup quarter finals is on this weekend but there are four PL games on, three are Saturday 3pm games and one a Sky game on Sunday.

Added to the OP. 👍

9th March - Graham Westley (Newport County, sacked) League Two

Sackings: 26
Resignations: 6

Total: 32

It's like Coventry and Slade; you're going down without a biblical miracle. Why appoint someone mid-season only to sack them weeks later? I highly doubt that things would have been different even if you had the reanimation of Bill Shankly in charge. Someone has to be relegated and someone will be a nominated (or nominal) manager of that team. It's a statistical/logical certainty.

Other news: A very patronising but interesting article on the stats behind Lincoln and Arsenal's seasons.

Saturday
Bournemouth v West Ham
Everton v West Brom
Hull v Swansea

Sunday
Liverpool v Burnley (4pm Sky)

Heavily diluted league weekend due to the Cup, Hull v Swansea still a big game.

Hull 2-1 Swansea, Swansea have been on a high lately but back down earth with a bump now :indiff:

Bournemouth 3-2 West Ham and Everton 3-0 West Brom, Hat-trick for Bournemouth's Josh King.

In the Championship, Newcastle lost at home to Fulham 1-3 with young Ryan Sessegnon getting two, Brighton won last night meaning both are on 77 points at the top but Newcastle lead on goal difference, Huddersfield six points behind in third but have a game in hand.

Fulham had a late penalty and wouldn't let Sessegnon take it for a hat-trick. The guy missed it anyway, serves him right

Burnley 0-1 up v Liverpool, any bad result for Liverpool is good for Man United. 👍

Leicester announce that Shakesphere has got the managers job till the end of the season, least surprising news of the weekend.

Sergio Ramos again hero with a header from a corner. :D

Saves Real on a poor day performance wise, but result wise it was an excellent day as Barca lost earlier.

Navas with a real screwup to give Betis the lead, but goal by Ronaldo and Ramos makes Real Madrid go back on top of the table with 2 points. Still played 1 game less then Barca.
