If I believed that logic for a second than maybe but there is no way there should ever be enough trucks falling apart that a caution is needed every 20 min to go clean up the parts. Its not like these guys are hauling scrap metal around with the tailgate down and a old Kenmore washer just fell out of the bed.

Looks like it was intact. Just the body panels being smashed in made it look worse than it actually was. Truck bodies don't sit against the rollcage like the cars do around the cockpit area.Roll cage was crushed down pretty bad on the drivers A-Pillar.
Because NASCAR does not need a caution clock for any reason ever.
If I was NASCAR president I would:
Abolish the Chase in all divisions.
Abolish the caution clock.
Go back to the Latford points system.
Disband this stupid charter system.
Allow Cuppers to run no more than 5 races in a lower series.
Take away the GWC and have races end at their actual scheduled distance.
Allow racing back to the caution as long as an incident does not occur in traffic.
