Brian France has endorsed Donald Trump. Not surprising since it's traditionally been a republican heavy sport, but they're doing a great job of driving people away from the sport.

How fitting, two things I'm avoiding and both are headlined by idiots.

I can't pick one joke.

With Ryan Newman's endorsement of Trump, for the rest of the Republicans it's all ogre now.

Of everybody in the last few months who has come out and endorsed Trump, nobody can be more irrelevant than David Ragan. Edit: I just saw the actual video and Trump first forgets then mispronounces Ragan's name. That should tell you all you need to know.

Mexico is obviously angry at Trump. The UK tried to ban him. Russia isn't a huge fan. But, at the very least, Trump now has France.

But I for one am a major supporter of free speech. Anybody can endorse whoever they want and I won't have a problem with it.

Likewise. Not to derail this thread, but I actually support Trump, and my respect for Chase Elliott (and Brian France) went up due to this endorsement.

But that's just me.

Eh it's not that bad really. Civil conversation happens in there quite often.

I sincerely hope their just joking and did this because Brian France dragged them into this, otherwise, this will certainly draw dark clouds all around. Though, if he loses, this will certainly kill NASCAR as we know it.

Camping World's CEO is not happy at all

This man is a hero. Also, unless this is some kind of joke (considering NASCAR's previous history with Trump and the burgeoning Hispanic driver base) I can see Camping World's relationship with NASCAR now becoming strained. Thanks Brian France, this may indeed be the final nail.

Heard this morning Camping World and a couple of other sponsors are looking to leave NASCAR at the end of the year. Camping World would be a huge blow with how much money they pour into the sport, from truck series sponsorship, multiple races through the Good Sam brand, and countless other things.

Enough politics talk. Let's talk about some NASCAR news. Did you know Joey Gase is gonna be running in the 32 at PHX next week? That should be good for that team. Hopefully he can get a full time ride.

Meanwhile Jeffrey Earnhardt goes from a 32 race schedule in the 32 to just 20 this year. Joey Gase will be in the car for those other 12 races starting this week at Vegas
