I've always considered the XFINITY Series (which I still call the Grand National series) as a feeder series to Cup. However, despite Trucks and XFINITY being lower-level to Cup, all three Touring Series have their own identity. So these are not traditional feeder series to Cup like you would see with the likes of GP2 to Formula 1 for example. Even still, it does get monotonous seeing a driver like Kyle Busch whack everybody else and take victory. Like I said before, is Rowdy too good for Trucks and XFINITY, or not good enough for Cup? He's off the hook on the Cup side since he won a Cup championship (defending champion). Even still, congratulations to Rowdy on the win today in the XFINITY Series at Indianapolis.
Kyle Busch wins the 2016 Brickyard 400. Anyone want to call this right now? I won't, but what say you?
