Adam Gase was so not impressed with our near choke against the Browns.

Face it, we lost that game. If it weren't for the Browns's awful replacement kicker, that would have been it.
Well, you're facing my home team now, which is notorious for blowing nationally broadcasted games.

Jeremy Hill must have played well because he was like a 22 for the guy I played in fantasy football.
He started off really well, including a 50 yard run. Took it in for the Bengals only 2 touchdowns. It could have been worse, but then we decided to start passing it...which didn't work against the Broncos D. :grumpy:

We know all about Primetime Bungles...:boggled:

I wanna see someone like Andy Dalton or Andrew Luck take over as the next generation of QBs, but we haven't seen it yet. Only flukes who get carried by an all-around strong team like Kaepernick, Flacco, Russell Wilson, and Cam; or old QBs like Brady and Manning.

THIS JUST IN...

I heard J.J. Watt re-injured his back and is on Injured Reserve. My reaction? "Oh, damn..." The defense is going to take a hit. It means the rest of the Texans "D" will have to step up.

One thing I forgot to mention about this week's games is that one game will not be played in the United States, and that will be the match between the Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars to be played in London, England, UK.

Tonight (and back in the United States), pending a tie, it's a couple of 1-2 teams looking to go to 2-2 as the Miami Dolphins pay a visit to the Cincinnati Bengals. In most food chains, cats eat fish. Who will be the dominant species in southwestern Ohio tonight? We'll see.

Who Dey!

The Bengals didn't crap the bed in primetime for once. (aside from being unable to punch it into the endzone with the exception of Green's TD grab and run)

It would gave been nice if the offense could have finished off a couple of the drives. But I thought the defense played really good except for that one play when Miami scored.

Couldn't agree more. It was so frustrating seeing them with first down at the 2 1/2 yard line and coming away with only 3 points. The running game just couldn't get going. That's three games now where we couldn't do anything on the ground, last week being the exception. As for the rest of the game, the defense buckled down and played great after the rough start.

Relax, they played the Dolphins. Tannehill is awful. Gase is going to replace many, many people next season.

Miami has a solid front 7 and it showed against the Bengal's running game. That Dolphin secondary though...

Tonight made me wish Cincy had made their helmets white too.
I mentioned the same thing to my dad. They could have been white bengal tigers. That would have looked cool.

One thing that seemed weird with the Dolphins wearing orange was that it's obviously one of the Bengals' main colors. I figured they'd go teal for the game. Odd that the away team would do that and likely confuse people.

Probably deliberate.

Belichick seems pissed

No J.J. Watt? No problem. Well... at least not today. Texans won 27-20 hosting Tennessee. Two Texans touchdowns set the tone early before the Titans made a game out of it. Next up for the Texans... at the Minnesota Vikings and their shiny new stadium. We'll try to entertain the Vikes up in their place next Sunday afternoon.

Elsewhere...

Hey, Buffalo! Teach us how to beat the New England Patriots in their house like you did today in case we have to face them again. We don't want to lose in a shutout again like last time going up against the Pats.

Congratulations to the other winners from this week's games.

Might as well start a new trend. Week four scores:
Away to Home:
Miami Dolphins-7 @ Cincinnati Bengals-22
Indianapolis Colts-27 @ Jacksonville Jaguars-30
Carolina Panthers-33 @ Atlanta Falcons-48
Oakland Raiders-28
@ Baltimore Ravens-27
Detroit Lions-14 @ Chicago Bears-17
Tennessee Titans-20 @ Houston Texans-27
Buffalo Bills-16
@ New England Patriots-0
Seattle Seahawks-27 @ New York Jets-17
Cleveland Browns-20 @ Washington Redskins-31
Dallas Cowboys-24
@ San Fransisco 49ers-17
Denver Broncos @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Los Angeles Rams-17 @ Arizona Cardinals-13
New Orleans Saints @ San Diego Chargers
Kansas City Chiefs @ Pittsburgh Steelers
New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings

I think it's safe to say that the Chiefs want to forget about the first quarter in this game.

The Raiders are 3-1! Woo-hoo! I know two of those victories were absolute nail biters, but they are wins nonetheless.

Some great games yesterday. All that's left is for the Giants to pull of an upset in Minnesota but I won't hold my breath.

...and on that note, it's time to hype up another Monday Night. So let's do it. Giants at Vikings TONIGHT!

The NFC is in vogue tonight as the 2-1 New York Giants of the NFC East (or NFC "Least" for haters of the division) will pay a visit to the 3-0 Minnesota Giants of the NFC North. The Giants will be served some Midwestern hospitality going to the Minneapolis area tonight. Can the Vikings defend home turf in their shiny new stadium, or will the Giants hand the Vikes their first loss of the 2016 season? All will be answered tonight.

Here's the betting info... Minnesota is favored by 4. The Over/Under for this game is 43 points.

Good luck to both teams tonight.

I'm hoping the we don't allow the Vikes to score 50 points again tonight. I wonder what the over/under odds are for that in Vegas....

"Expecting the worst, hoping for 8-8"
- Signed, all NY Giants fans.
