If it is with the Q settings, you will have to go with the GT-R -> Group 2

With the Q settings, aim around 51,4 (forget my qualifying time, it just went 🤬)

Paul, dont worry, we wont let you be in a group you are uncompetetive in.

If you can join us on Monday for the Final race that would be great.
You can use the Lexus for that, and we will see how you get on.

You must remember that those of us that did q have probably done over 1000 KM there over the last 7 days,
as we do each week in preperation for the next race.

ALso the 10% wet track q setting actually produced a faster lap time that a totally dry track.

If you can join on Monday then great.

Also you must remember, that its more than outright pace.
We have some fast guys in Group 3, but they crash. So its more about overally racecraft and skill.

You will be best to find us practicing for the Final GT6 series on Tuesday night.
Specs will be roughly the same as we have now.

Well at least it will be a dry race.
Anyone wants to look at the new series i will be posting up live tomorrow, but at present still editing the thread.

The new series will be 16 races with 5 dropped scores.
This helps those that miss a few races due to holidays, and also any Dcs.

Also there are only 3 weather races from the 16 races.

Also there will be no championship standings related weight penalties.
As and when we feel a driver is out substantially outperforming their group,
re race results, the officials will vote to either adjust that individuals weight and/or bhp a little or
move them to a faster group, all of which will be permanent, although can be adjusted.
This would only be done to ensure closer and as fair as possible racing over the series.

As you know, we try to ensure things are as close as possible, and although many slower drivers may be fast over 1 lap,
it is a totally different thing to keeping consistent for a 90 minute race.

We will always be fair as you know.

Luke. i cant chance it tonight.
If you join us tomorrow night and all seems ok we can add you into the new series.

I just cant take a chance at the final race, as several drivers are in contention, and if we get a dc or lag it could ruin ot for some.

Happy to get this one. This is a tough series with many fast cars on track at all times racing on wet and dry conditions so it was really a challange I must say. I was consistent through the season, had good pace on most tracks, very slow on some but it was enough at the end for the title.

Thanks for the work you put in this series @Stephen Vann and to everyone that was on track racing this season. :bowdown:

Bring on next season and longest ever sim racing season with 16 weeks and last season before GT Sport!! :gtpflag:

I would like to report an incident in today's race with crazy John on two occassions, first time on lap 27 were he hit the back of my car which caused me to spin onto the grass and didn't give me my place back and the second time on lap 42 when i apparently 'lagged' but when i watched replay he lagged right into the back of my car and knocked me right into the barrier which then caused me to be in 7th place when i was in 5th and again didnt give me my place bsck what can i do about this?? I was so happy with this race that i was doing well i was so impressed about how i took peoples advice and it was actually working for me until the incidents happened which made me so gutted and upset that i was back where is have been in most races, near enough the back. (On replay i watched my point of view and crazy john's and still showed that he was the one that lagged) crazy John not having a go but you were blaming me for the incident and it wasn't me.
