Why is Indycar not throwing local yellows instead of Safety Car deployments? Most of the incidents have left the cars in the gravel traps. I would like to see some racing instead of cautions for this 1hr 45min race. :grumpy:

Why don't they put starters in these cars? These yellows would all be unnecessary if drivers could start there own cars.

Wait, isn't that basically (sans the new section deep in the in-field) the Moto GP circuit backwards?

They've made minor changes to most of the track. It looks a lot better than I thought it would.

Anybody going to Indy this year? i will be row D behind the yard of bricks, if anyone wants to toast Jim Nabors' last year

It should be a interesting Month of May at The Brickyard. :)

Live coverage of the Grand Prix Of Indianapolis starts tomorrow at 3:30 PM EDT on ABC!

I've seen a bunch of ads for it. They really were marketing it during the NFL draft yesterday evening

Damn didn't know race was tomorrow, thought it was Sunday.

Nevertheless, looking forward to it will be an exciting race. :)

Good thing is I have off from work, so I'll be able to watch this race live. :D

So who do you think will be the Ray Haroun of the Indianapolis GP and do you think it'll have a long run of races ala the GP of Long Beach?

Wow, this race came up quick. Well, I now get to watch the race and see what I think of it. I wasn't so sure the idea was gonna help bring more people and I didn't see how, but I'm prepared to be wrong. I'm just glad I didn't bet anything for this

I'm going to this race today! I have seating in the grandstands in turn 1ish area. I should post photos of it when i get home.

View of my seats (I'm in Stand J section 28) (Taken after usf2000 race ended) (11ish) so the stands weren't full then.
