Race has been called for today due to lightning strikes. Race 2 might happen tomorrow, but who knows with how crazy the weather has been in Detroit this weekend...?
 
Lightning is a legitimate reason to call the race so I can accept that. :P Hopefully tomorrow isn't affected by weather.

I don't like this rule. But as my favorite driver is JPM, I can live with that today :D

You do realize that because Draccone has be recognized in the IndyCar series results, he can race today
 
At least they red flagged this last accident. I've been watching since about lap 45 or so, and I don't think I've seen a full green lap yet
 
Well, guess we didn't need Dracone for the mess we have right now.

Can it really be considered "racing in the rain" if nearly every lap is run under caution?

Lets call it "Mixed conditions"
 
This ending will be pure comedy, like this championship this year..
 
Gutted for Montoya, though I'm surprised the other guys managed to last as I could've sworn they pitted at the same time.

Also, Sato made a damn close call on that restart passing Montoya.
