Can it really be considered "racing in the rain" if nearly every lap is run under caution?
At least they red flagged this last accident. I've been watching since about lap 45 or so, and I don't think I've seen a full green lap yet
Those rules have been in place for a long time and they even pointed it out at the start of the race.So they changed to a timed finish!?! Are they just making up rules as they go along? LOL
