Is it me or does the BMW seem louder? Also that Gibson V8 doe.
BMW does seem abit louder (and actually, has a lot more pop to it).
Ligier already looks quicker then last year's car just going through the bus stop. If a driver like Negri could get savage loose in the old car, just imagine how scary that'll be should it get unsettled at the rear.
Also, does the V10 in the Lamborghini sound slightly more aggressive and vigorious then in the Audi to anyone else?
Maybe the tracks need to be greased since it has been parked for a few weeks.
Ligier looks fast. Engine note is cool too. We'll have at least 4 engine notes in DPi chassis this coming season.
Also, the Lexus might be a turd. Just a hunch
What makes you say that?
Lexus and Acura both ran 1:51's in the video I watched from the 1st session, GTD pole was a 1:47. Pace seems right to me.
It's a test, probably sand bagging or something. Let's face it, the Lexus is a brand new car (upgrade of the previous version) being run by a completely new team, and the Acura is a brand new car that has zero track time (in anger). So who knows.
Anybody got info on how team awesome....I mean how Riley Mercedes is doing?
MAZDA DPi HYPE!
I'm not following this really closely, but do we know if Mazda will be using the same engine package as last year?
Yes they will. Possibly upgraded (I'd assume with the power being raised).
Hint of corporate grill styling.
Mid engined flat 6. Crazy cool 911.
OH MY LAWD DAT LIVERY
Finally, someone has made a livery to take our eyes off that bumper inlet. Looks awesome.
Why? Also why do they always make the bottom black in back too?
An NA flat 6 911, thank you Porsche.
"For the first time, a Porsche GT racecar features state-of-the-art assistance systems. The new 911 RSR is equipped with a radar-supported collision warning system, the popularly-called "Collision Avoidance System." This is long overdue
Oh, thank God it has a decent livery!
...Of course, assuming this is the factory livery. (Please don't just be for show...)
Double Post whoops
