Yes, he lasted much longer than I (and probably most people) ever thought he would, then just when it was looking ok for him and like he was settled there, he's gone, pretty odd.

More-or-less. The "d" in "Eidur" (and Gudjohnsen, actually) is really a lower-case "eth" (ð), which should be pronounced like the "th" in "father". But he should indeed be Andri Lucas Eiðursson...


... but he isn't.
 
Real Madrid have offered Kovacic on season long loan to Chelsea to persuade them to let Courtois go the other way.

Courtois was supposed to be back in Chelsea for training yesterday but didn't show....wasn't there today either, he's really trying to force this move through.

So in response to the Courtois situation Chelsea are reportedly in advanced talks with Bilbao over their 23 year old highly rated keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga (or just Kepa)

The price for him, just £70 million.....

You know that Alisson to Liverpool deal that was a world record fee for a keeper? Wave goodbye to it!

I can't believe year after year the big teams just pretend Memo Ochoa doesn't exist. 3 straight World Cups being an elite goalkeeper and teams still prefer inferior guys or guys that just happened to have their first decent season (Alisson).

Is it because he is Mexican? Is it because he is cheap? Is it because he will not sell many jerseys? Is it because of his agent? Is it because of his age? I don't know. But to me, it's simply outrageous. He deserves a chance.

Ochoa is currently a target of Napoli who are trying to replace Reina. He is reportedly being offered at €3.5 million.

Meanwhile, Leicester are preparing last minute offers for new center backs after Man United have reportedly conceded to the Harry Maguire asking price of €72.2 million.

Edit: Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko will join AC Milan on loan with option to buy for between €30-35 million.

Loads of rumours regarding the defenders that are targets for United, no bids made by the club though as afar as I know, Maguire is apparently still hope for a move, Boateng apparently turned down a move as he felt the United cant win the Champions League (fair point!)

Looks like Jack Grealish isn't getting his move to Tottenham, which he is quite upset about.
