What are they thinking? How do they go from designing the 2017-2018 Elantra Sport, which is arguably one of their best looking cars, to this?
It has to.On the bright side, your car must have shot up in value.
Hyundai seems to have made the perfect car for the Illuminati.
I might be biased, but...Wow, that is terrible. Damn, I need an Elantra Sport like right now, those things look amazing in person.
Nice! I've seen a couple in person and they always grab my attention by how much better and high-end they look than the normal Elantra. That said, I've had a couple Elantras as rentals recently and I like the driving positions and the interior layout more than most small cars. I think I'd actually enjoy driving one every day. It's just sporty enough to be fun and I can have an old Miata to build and dog on the side.I might be biased, but...
They're already hard enough to keep clean. If your foglight grills were matching the wheel's colour, hat would look even better. imo
Took it up and down Mt Lemmon in Tucson last night (first run with the new suspension/wheels/tires) and it never fails to put a smile on my face. On the way there and back on I-10 it was super smooth and comfortable. It's a great highway cruiser. Not a whole lot of power but it will often surprise people that aren't expecting an Elantra to be quick. No regrets what so ever.Nice! The new Forte is going to sell like crazy.Kia currently has a far more coherent and polished language.
Kia Rio looks alot better now but I would still take my Mazda 2 over any subcompact today inside and out.Hyundai seems increasingly lost in terms of design. Kia currently has a far more coherent and polished language. For instance, I just noticed yesterday that the new Rio is actually probably the best looking subcompact available in North America:
THAT interior for $15K??
If they made a 'hot' version of that (the normal model has a modest but totally reasonable 130hp) car I would seriously consider it. An N/A 2.0 liter with 160hp? Hell yeah...modern Pugeot 205 GTi or something like the contemporary Suzuki Swift.
I went on a bit of a tangent.
Front looks like a more aggressive I20 now.

That's silly. The trunk is huge in the sedan.Yeah well we don't get the new Mazda 2.
Subcompact sedans are an abomination lol. That's silly. The trunk is huge in the sedan.
Any news on the Sport? Figure they will show it next week at SEMA but not sure...For what it’s worth, it’s not as jarring in person. Drove it out to a track this morning...
