That's okay, he'll only miss 1/8th of their season after he gets suspended for another game. What an incredibly stupid thing to do.

Yeah, I was going to say that trading away your best defensive player a week before the season starts maybe wasn't the best idea.

So apparently Dak spit first (god that's such a weird sentence).

Also Lamb is not him.
 
Yes Dak did spot first but he spit on on the ground near the Eagles huddle and Carter decided to be offended and spit on Dak and not the ground. Got to have more self control than that. I felt the Eagles were very undisciplined last night. If they don't fix that it will cost them a game or two

I have zero love for Dak but he was nowhere near the Eagles huddle.

Carter had no business being past the line of scrimmage anyway.
 
Okay it was in the vivinity. From what Dak said to Jason Garrett on NBC he was talking to a teammate and had to spit and it was in the vicinity of the Eagles huddle but nothing hostile.
 
Philly and Dallas' D is soft like butter. I know its week 1 and all, but still. CDL should be banned from wearing 88 :lol:

Also, I'm waiting for the Justin Herbert slip n slide gif. Has to be the longest QB slide in NFL history :lol:

That was a good win for Justin Herbert and the Chargers. If he play like this throughout the season the Chargers will be tough to beat.

Luckily old Aaron still has some juice in the tank and we have the best kicker in the league.

What an odd thing for him to say when there's a replay clearly showing him calling out Carter, walking up, spitting, and laughing at him.
 
That was such an uninspiring performance by the Lions. I mean, the starters didn't play preseason so I get it but the play calling was awful. There's going to be some pains this year I think. At least the Vikings will probably be ass with their handoff merchant JJ and the Bears are the Bears. But the Packers are going to be tough.
 
I hated that the Jets lost to the Steelers. Their defense and special teams let them down . Fields played a good game. Hopefully they tighten up and take the win next week
 
Um, just give the Lombardi trophy to the Ravens? There was no second best team this weekend (unless Minn. shows us something better, but even if they do, its against the Bears, not a touted Bills team). That was probably the best week 1 performing team I've ever seen. Scary.

The G-Men did a little better than I thought they would, I completely spaced that Wash. got Deebo 🥲 Once I saw him on the field I was like, 'c'mon man! him too!?' :lol:

Fair but the Panthers also did spend a lot money in the off season and two of their first three draft picks, to "fix" the run defense and obviously it hasn't worked. Probably a bit rough to say after only 1 week, but I think the DC has to go. They should have done it at the end of last year, tbh.

Maybe Justin isn't bad as people think 🤔. TBH the Steelers never really gave him a fair shake. And maybe AArod is not completely washed up. 🤔 But both defenses looked bad. If Gipson doesn't fumble the kickoff maybe the Jets win. Maybe not it is the Jets after they probably would found another way to lose 🤣
 
Chicago and Minnesota somehow look worse than the Lions did yesterday, and that's saying something. The Packers cannot be the only legit team in the NFC North. That will kill my soul.

Both teams decided that imitating Kirk Ferentz and the Iowa Hawkeyes offense was a great idea. As for the Lions, losing Ragnow to retirement was the biggest blow because the O-line being swiss cheese absolutely killed that game.
