Stream for qualifying 1:

Will this channel have a stream for the full 24 hour race?

Also, good input by RLM, they have the pit entry from the GP track in case you forget to change your 10-track CD player CD's. Don't want to be listening to the same tracks for a whole race now don't ya.

#007 Aston Martin with some problems

Looks like the Schultze GTR featuring Kaz had a rather nasty accident. Front right tyre missing and a pretty banged up left side. I hope they get the car back in shape by tomorrow.
Fingers crossed. Raining at the track now, so it probably wouldn't make sense to go out unless you haven't done a lap or would like to practice your wet weather race driving.

Here's the YouTube page for the race. :)

does anyone have a schedule for this race? Will they run another round of Qualifying or is this it before the race?

Tmrw Q2 and Top30 Qualifying for the SP9 GT3 Class. Race will start on Sat 4p.m. german time.

^ Thanks - that means Germany is 6 hours ahead of those here in the States (EST time).

#80 GT-R GT3 with Ordonez and Strauss, as well as #24 GT-R GT3 with Kaz and Tresson are already qualifyied for the TOP30 Qualifying. Krumm and his Japanese Crew in the #30 GT-R GT3 still need to qualify for the TOP30.

Given what they're calling for in the forecast, those positions might be changed around a bit in Q2 tomorrow. I gather they've been doing the thrashing in the #24 garage. It would be a help if those teams roomed together, if you know what I mean in a N24 sense.

Yeah sure - #80 and #30 have box 24 together. Kaz' GT-R is in box 12. Will see if they manage to get the #24 ready for tmrw.

Edit: Just #30 needs to qualify for the Top30 Qualifying via Q2. #80 / #24 already in.

Man, I wonder if #235 will win it's class. You could say it's in a league of it's own.

It should. If not, there's Audi-TV

So is RLM going to be providing english commentary on this stream all weekend then? That would be much better than previous years where I had to run the german stream muted whilst streaming the RLM commentary.

The track looks brutal. It looks like some of these cars are breaking their suspension on the curbing (taking a stab at why these cars all have their wheels pointed in different directions).

Did I miss the Schultze GTR quali time?
Edit, I guess DNF :boggled:

#80 got pushed to 15th due to the noise penalty right?
Seriously? I've got no idea :)
Anyway - the result for Team RJN is ok. The track is a lot faster than last year. The - i guess - slipstream pole from the McLaren was stunning. 8:10.xxx. Sick...

Yes. Qualified 10th but got a 5 place noise penalty.

I don't mean to sound like an utter idiot...but...I'm not familiar with the rules for this race...what's this about a noise penalty? Never heard of that in Blancpain, WEC, PWC, or Tudor.

The pole lap by Kevin Estre was something else... I was stood on the outside of Hatzenbach and he was bouncing it off all the kerbs, front and rear wheels were airborne.

Anyway, some images from the last couple of days.
