Is there a way or a code to get the 25th anniversary redbull car.? Last month I could have gotten it for free but I didn't have service and wasn't able to get it then.

Not that I am aware. You can win the X2019 by golding the normal Super Licenses, though. There is no difference between the 25th anniversary car to the normal one other than a livery, which you can probably download for free in the Showcase section of the game.

What do you mean "you can put any car you want in the legends cars"? The Legends Cars dealer only stocks rare/expensive cars from pre-2000, on a relatively preset cycle. There's no way for players to put cars into there.
