one of my first really good cars was the mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 Turbo. i really liked it, Turbo, 4WD, over 1000HP. but it quickly fell out of favor cause with all that power and no down force it was a nightmare to control. one day i was doing a race and i saw this car it was a 3000GT...something..something it had more stuff added to end than my car. the car also looked like it had racing modifications. I looked all over in the prize car listings and i couldn't find it. If anyone knows what i'm talking about please let me know where i could get that car. i would love to have my 3000GT with down force. i miss RM.

well, if memory serves right, there isn't a Race version of the 3000GT....unless you're talking about GT2.
There are 2 3000GTs tho, the '95 and '99. Maybe it was the '99 year one. It could've also been the FTO LM Race Car by Mitsubishi.

If you want a better 4WD car, try the Nissan R33 or R34 Skylines, Tommy Kaira ZZII, or the RUF CTR2.

BTW, try not to double post the thread

yup, its a sexy car.
nice to find another point and shoot racer on the forum...
its fun. smash into a rail or something and hit the accelerator to shoot of down the track to overtake the cars that overtook on the corner :0

In GT3 I have never seen any car that you can not get. What colour was this car ?

Did it just look like a road car with a few mods or was it a race car ?

No, i think he saw the FTO LM, the front can often be mistaken for a GTO...

Or he could just be talking about GT2...wasn't there a 3000GT LM in GT2 or something like that?
