Merry Xmas all. No racing in over a week and I come back to my cars running completely different from what I remember. I spent a couple hours in an ABS off room this morning and it was a riot. Pumping to reduce lock is a lot easier. I'm finding post update that a lot more FF cars are in play. Oh and dont get me started on the jitterbug camera now. Those who run cockpit or bumper cam may not notice, but in 3rd person view if you run over in candy stripes or say the concrete on DF, the whole screen goes cattiewhompus for a second. I've lost a second off my times pre update just dealing with the screen, nevermind the wear patterns.

Ya, I haven't heard too many likes about the new "dynamic" view. I used the 3rd person view a lot but now I use the one with the 2 dials. It's actually pretty good for setting lap times.
 
450pp all day!!! you'll be seeing me in that lobby just about every night.
 
I got a couple of new cars that I want to test today..did anyone try a 98' BMW M Coupe before ? too short of a wheelbase but I'm itching to drive it !

btw, is this another enduro monday ?

I'll be back to the action after the new year...looking forward to a few nights of no ABS racing to see what that's about.
 
Trans-Cammer, comfort softs, no ABS...I have seen the light.

It's the greatest car ever. It's black and has more gauges than all of the local race cars put together.
 
I saw pics (of a 70'), I want one :)

But I only see a Mach 1 71' at the dealer, and I have a 65' GT350
 
It's one of the stupid special models in th right of the dealership. With the art Morrison vette, etc.
 
Is there any reason 5th gear is way too long on that car in GT5?
 
It's because the car is made to drive. 5th gear is overdrive anyways, and at cruising speed, it would running 1500-2500 rpm instead of 3500-4000 rpm. Once you drive race cars or cars with a low gear you'll understand.

The dash on that thing looks like it puked gauges and is only for the highly skilled that want to stare at a hood scoop instead of the road.
