esoxhntra) it was very marginal
b) after getting the same treatment from you on tsukuba & rome you more or less have a bullseye. Paybuck sucks eh?
Don't bother showing up tonite.

I understand your point...which is why I didn't press the issue on the first race. I figured it would be fun to see where it ended up. On a typical 450pp night the DeLorean is mediocre at best so I too was expecting you to be at the back of the pack. Had we run all 10 laps at Daytona, I'm sure you would've won since there was no way for me to even draft pass you.I don't mean to bring up a dead subject. But, this hits the point right on the head.
0:46 the dirty driver aok brakes really hard to not hit chuy when osprey comes drifting with his truck smashing my mazda in the grass without giving the position back.👍

there were numerous complaints last week on nurb too, I suppose we're all wrong, racist, liars or all of the above.![]()

Read pages 39-41 of this e-magazine and ask yourself, do I do that?
Actually, he did hit your car last night. The first lap of Tsukuba he dive bombed, then from the inside position he tracked out on exit pushing you into the dirt. On the first turn of any track, you need to maintain your line and provide adequate room for the driver to your inside or outside. This goes for any turn but it is crucial on the first turn where cars are still running 2-wide.you didn't hit my car but i saw the crappy dive bomb attempts you always pull and this pisses me off for two reasons
I called someone out on that at Grand Valley the other night. I think we were in vintage cars. First time I had seen it in a long time in my lobby.good read! Hey guess what, it's bad racecraft and a bit of a douche-bag move to weave around the track to prevent people from drafting, who knew?!

I had fun at Rome once my car warmed up. I watched the replay and lots of cars were glitchy (flickering gas pedals).
Also, grenade is usually the one weaving back in forth on GVE, adding to the annoyance of a delorean running around on muscle car night.
oh, i didn't know which car hit me, there were so many! i think i hit every car that passed me in one race.

Same here, but I think it was midway through lap 2 that I could finally open the throttle completely through the first technical section of the track.I had zero traction whatsoever until maybe the 3rd lap, churning out laptimes 5 seconds slower than any of my faster hotlaps. By the 4th or 5th lap things seemed to settle and I was starting to get under 1'24.5. I think someone left the room around that time.
Agree or disagree, I don't want to see it. At 140 mph, if you did that on a real track you'd be heading for the safety barriers. Acceptable is a move immediately exiting the turn before the straight, and a second move before the turn at the end. Take the back straight at tsukuba for example. exiting the hairpin you typically track out to the left. It is acceptable to move over to the right in one swooping curve. Then when you reach the end of the straight, if no one is outside of you, you can move to the left to set up for the final turn. If you weave any more than that, I would call it unsportsmanlike. No one else will be doing it so just focus on racing clean and hope they don't catch your draft. The draft is the same for everyone so you gotta just live with it. If you are worried about being draft-passed on the last lap...place yourself in 2nd position and wait to make your move. You still mad bro? Lol. Seriously though. I disagree with that one point on the E-article.
If I can weave around safely on the straights without hitting anyone, I should be allowed to. This game has stupidly high amounts of draft and I shouldn't have to give up my first place position just because you happen to be less then 10 car lengths behind me.

Ehh whatever. Its in the OLR so please don't violate it...we could get into numerous discussions about the physics in this game...starting with how a 2600kg pick up truck can take sharp turns at 100mph without flipping over. The draft is there to promote action in the game. Without it, everyone would pretty much be driving by themselves after a few turns because there would be absolutely no way to pass unless someone made a major mistake or your car was faster to begin with. So take the draft as a challenge, not as something to cheat.I'll do whatever you ask. But, don't quote real life physics when the only reason I am doing the weaving is because of the completely lack of real life physics when it comes to drafting in this game.
Well if we don't come to a resolution, the same **** will happen every week. I'd say this monday was much cleaner than previous mondays. Last Monday I had fun every race and I don't recall any major issues...but then again, I don't have to let things go because I simply forget. Maybe there was an issue last Monday...I honestly don't remember. I just remember having fun battling grenade for 2 laps at nurburgring. After a day, I say let it go...let it go or skip the next race...whatever folks have to do to suppress their thoughts.

Like I said earlier, I'm not getting in the Delorean debate, because I will get so angry I could break this phone in half.
I thought you already broke your phone in half the other night when it kept ringing![]()
