Thats a great idea as well. I used to own a Protege5 before my MS6. I've tuned the Protege in the game but haven't spent much time in it.
 
I had spent about an hour tuning a sp20... and then i lost that game. It handled really well. I just got rid of my p5 back in feb. She was a good little car. Wish they had one in the game. They made a 4wd one in japan. Plus, why arent there more old 323's? Oh well, that is a different thread.
 
XD They don't have S10's or 1978-82 Malibu's. I reckon the GNX would be the same since they're the same chassis.

i wish they had the premacy in the game. they have a freaken odyssey and a pt loser....
 
Uploading some vids from my crappy driving last night. I tried to sort through the action on Suzuka but didn't know where what was happening so didn't bother. I've also got a couple others from within the last week or so I'll try to get up there tonight.

We should do a GT-R night.... since there are like 5000 gt-r's in the game.

I had another thought for a racing night.

A bring what you own night. Basically, if you own a car and it is in the game (or a close relative) bring it and race it! Chuyler, you can bring the MS6. I have an 11' Mazda6, so I would bring the 07' Atenza. I used to own a protege, so i could bring that too. Grenade can bring his crappy nsx. There would be a nice variety. Plus it would be fun to drive cars you can actually afford. 450pp of coarse. Maybe even comfort soft to be more real.

What's funny is that I spend most of my time in GT driving stuff like Miatas, Z's and hot hatches. I know that's not common, but the only car I drive regularly that would be a pipe dream in real life is the 380rs. I'm just not drawn to the crazy fast stuff. But I guess that's why I'm in this thread!

I'll bring the ST170 and S60 T5.
 
I'm the same. I've put more miles on my 86 MR2 than anything else. Some of the super cars just feel numb after driving the old cars.

Btw have you guys ever done a night race at nordschleife? It's crazy, you can literally see like 3 car lengths in front of you and on that track especially it takes skill. I constantly kept glancing at the map when a corner was coming up so I didn't slam into a wall :scared:

I did it in my woodone supra that has around 640pp, surprisingly I only spun out once or twice and I came third against other drivers with similiar/better cars haha.

NSX is crappy? wtf? i never had a problem with it and i usually don't drive it on 450 nights because it's pretty easy to win with hahaha

I can't watch that FF night video, every time I see the gold chrome hatch, I think of Austin Powers.

I would have stopped if that were him but it was some guy named boucher05, who had been less than courteous in previous races if I recall correctly. By this race I had lost my patience with unknown drivers ramming and blocking so I didn't even check my mirror for what I thought was an insignificant bump. I didn't notice he wiped out until I uploaded the vid to Youtube.

Well this sounds like a club I wouldn't mind joining :) I'm getting kinda tired of joining random public lobbies; too often I find myself in a room of dirty racers or primadonnas... I just wanna have some relaxed fun and clean racing where people understand that mistakes (and lag) happens. Strange that with so many players I find it harder to make friends in GT5 than in other racing games.

Vettes are my favourite right now so maybe I'll try to join tonight, if I can figure out whose friend list to get on :) Just one question, is this SRF on or off? I'm no great driver but I prefer to race without SRF.
