6 hours doing the Sebastian Vettel challenge

Yep so far 6 hours of trying my best and im not even close to getting a bronze in any of the challenges. 7 seconds was my closest on the Monza circuit, the other tracks im not even near the times needed. Amazing car though. I think the only chance of me having it is when I reach level 40 to purchase it. Best of luck to those who are on thier way of passing it :)
 
I didnt realise you could purchase the car at lvl 40, is that confirmed? also, what time do you have to beat round monza?
 
The time to beat on Monza is 2 mins 10 secs in 2 laps, starting from the pits. Yes the car is available in the dealership in different colours, though cant buy until you have reached level 40. Well done Booshay, you must be some pro to get gold, and its not the other, there are 2 more tracks :)
 
I think having the posibility to drive the car at level 20 is like an incentive to get to level 40.

how do you get to lvl 30 so fast? I am only on lvl 21 and it takes forever to level up. which races are good to do?

We have a thread opened up in the Q&A section of our forums about the best exp + cash rate. Currently most of us are running the American Championship inside the Extreme Events. Click on the Indy (5) Lap race. 98,000 cr. + 4440xp for only 4 minutes of play.
 
The tracks are Nurburgring GP/F Course, Monza Circuit and Suzuka Circuit. 2 laps of each starting from the pits. At level 30 the car can be viewed in the dealerships in the Gran Turismo selecton. 20 colours. 20 million.

I epically failed on this lap at Nurburgring, you can now see why I cant do it :)
 
How the heck do you get to the Sebastian Vettel Challenge??? I haven't seen anything past the Sebastian Loeb challenges...
 
I watched the video of the X1 gameplay, that thing handles like cars from Ridge Racer.... I don't know if its even worth grinding to 30 for it haha.
 
Whats the problem with the challenge? I've seen a few videos and it looks like it's glued to the road, full throttle through 90 degree corners!! How can you make a mistake?

Wait until you get to level 30, and you'll see :)

The car is rewarding, but the slightest "mistake", and you can kiss bronze goodbye. Just another level of difficulty you've never experienced in ANY gran turismo game..

What do you think of the Like The Wind event on Daytona with a Veyron? I'm currently grinding it for about 7000xp, 70000cr, and 8 minutes.

2 x 4 minutes = 8 minutes. 2 x 4400 xp = 8800 xp. It seems like you're wasting time:idea:
 
I think one of the guys on GTRP has the car... I heard he'd run a 3'3x.xxx lap of the Nurburgring in it... which is clearly incredibly fast!

I drew a car the other day... and it does the Nurb in under 3mins!

The X1 is nothing untill it exists.

Not really, if you count the time it takes to load between the races, which adds another 1-2 minutes to your 4 minute race, making it 9-10 minutes long.
