put controller sensitivity at 7, i use a ds3 so i dont know if this option is available for wheels, but i beat nurburgring in 2 tries after changing from the default 0. the car is really twitchy but it makes it much more responsive. Dont be afraid to experiment a little with the car too, I was driving a little too cautiously to avoid making a mistake, but the things this car can get away with is amazing. try to turn a little earlier before getting to the turn i find helps as well. Do not drive any other cars as they will mess with your rhythm, keep trying 1 track a time and it shouldnt take you that long, it looks at impossible at first, but as with anything else thats difficult you just have to keep trying.
Another thing unless you get DQed try not to restart everytime you make a mistake or feel you did a section too slowly, because you'll never learn that way, instead finish the whole lap so you can see how much it affected your time and to learn the track as a whole
