60:23000000 error after 2.17 update

Hello. I'm always getting this error then trying to play online. 2.10 worked ok before. Is anybody have the same problem? Thanks.

I get that occasionally but I can still play online.

I just play online today with new patch, all seemed fine.. and I think i got connected faster..
