i think we should just use the first 5 laps, we dont need a warm up lap ;) my warm up was 1 second faster than my last lap :(

true, but, should there be a rule change like that in the middle of the season?

see what other guys that put times up have to say about it. I'm not fussy whether we do the warm up lap or not

Would it be to late for me to join the championship? Or should I wait until the next one?

It'll always be too late for you, with the times you put in at the nurburgring:) ,
only kidding, I wouldnt have a problem with that, the more the merrier.

What caught my attention was the 1 lap time special... lol. The best pro mode time is 7'11 seconds by empty space. I have a best lap replay of me doing 7'00 flat, lol. And the rules were if you were two second ahead, then you had to provide a picture...

You guys would probably force me to show a whole replay

Suzuka times

w/u 2'14.493
1. 2'14.130
2. 2'14.089
3. 2'16.527
4. 2'14.872
5. 2'14.978

Total: 11'14.596

The more riders the better if anyone wants to join in:tup:
I wouldn't mind if we drop the warm-up lap, but maybe it could be optional for someone who prefers to run one, only restriction being that the warm-up can't be used to replace another lap.

lap 2: 2'19.047
lap 3: 2'18.802
lap 4: 2'21.424
lap 5: 2'20.094

total: 11'38.341 my times suck:yuck:

I don't like Suzuka and I probably never will did like it on GT or MotoGP.

I don't mind not having a warm-up lap because I practice first anyway I do enough warm-ups.

thats the regulars then ...

from Rd. 7: Infineon Raceway, your race will be to do 6 hotlaps. after that run is complete, you use either the first 5 laps or the last five laps for your run to detreme your total time.

confusing enough? ;)

Apologies for not getting a time up for suzuka, been busy with my online league racing and doing the 100% all bike colours save for Pal TT the last few days and went to put some laps in last night but couldnt put one lap together, had been messing around with rider form and gearing but just made a mess of it and bike didn't handle too well, was too knackered to sort it as it was 3am uk time. I promise to get a time in for infineon.

saspo - have you hit a 38 yet? :P

bad choice the gsxr was, had a shot of some other 600's and they feel so much easier to drive, will get my time up sunday. got some rider setup tips from Ign, see if they help me go any quicker.

saspo - have you hit a 38 yet? :P

 I might be able to sneak a 1'38 into my set, running around the 39-40 range, I'm having a tough time with consistent laps on this track, it's a trixy one.

Yeah, pmc, it's too bad we are stuck with same bike the entire series, I would have liked to try a different bike each week.

pmc - i found the gsxr to have netueral handling, but, i too im regerting my decision. ive found the r6 and zx-6r better handling and more powerfull. i wish i would have gone with a r6 rm instead. oh well :)

saspo - nice times, im not sure how i managed to get into the 40's ... 41s were easy enough though.

Infineon Raceway in zx-6r #55

lap 3: 1'41:496
lap 4: 1'41:304
lap 5: 1'41:420

Total: 8'26:382

This is the slowest track we've race I think in less you count deep forest but even that had a good front straight. There not one good straight in the whole course. I found out you don't have to do to much for bike set-ups, but I did notice that this track played more to the riding form than any other track we race so far.

See ya next sunday

random thought - im bored of using practice for the race and i hate doing the math. so would you guys like to try something different for the last round? i looked for trial mountain, but, it wasnt available for racing 600s and im not even gong to try for Citta di Aria. however, if you guys are interested valenica is the tt world series and the ai often use bikes like the xjr1300rm so our bikes should be able to handle them.

interested?
