random thought - im bored of using practice for the race and i hate doing the math. so would you guys like to try something different for the last round? i looked for trial mountain, but, it wasnt available for racing 600s and im not even gong to try for Citta di Aria. however, if you guys are interested valenica is the tt world series and the ai often use bikes like the xjr1300rm so our bikes should be able to handle them.

So are your saying we won't race Trail Mountain and Citta di Aria and skip straight to Valenica using faster bikes instead?
 
no, well still have the races at trial mountain and citta as normal, but, instead of using practice for the race at valencia. use the race in tt world championship (challenge?) since the 600 rms can enter that race. that way the game will give us the final time as well as tyre wear. having ai (though they are annouying) will also give a better feeling of racing instead of just hotlapping.

empty- No 1'30s for me on this track, my best single lap is a high 1'32, gonna try another set sometime today and see what I can come up with.

Running the final race at TT world series is fine with me, I try to pass the AI clean but man, they lay on the brakes at such odd places, it's hard to avoid their rear tire sometimes:confused:
 
👍 i finaly managed a 32.7, but, i ran out of curb exiting the second to last corner then entered the final chicane too late and cut accross the grass.

Running the final race at TT world series is fine with me, I try to pass the AI clean but man, they lay on the brakes at such odd places, it's hard to avoid their rear tire sometimes

as long as you arent at fault with the ai, then, it wont be a problemn 👍

haha ... citta is the smaller one without all the jumps, yes? if so, it wont be so bad, but, the longer one with stupid placed jumps is just ... silly.

had a clean race going, execpt for a crash (or two) on the first lap and starting going faster with each lap and i was clean up until lap 6 when i crashed at the first chicane :(

i was in the 1'41-43 range :(
 
yeah, no time from me this round. even backed off from my 1'39 pace its too easy to make a mistake here and any mistake means kissing a wall.

dnf for me then :(
 
If you want to make this a one lap time trial, thats fine with me, this track is brutal with the more powerful bikes. Who is the dummy who suggested this track first in week one?? OH YEAH it was me!:dunce: :banghead:
 
my best is a 1'40.614, if Corn wants to submit 5 laps then I'll take a DNF as well, just ran out of time to get 5 clean ones in.
 
I have to agree I can do about 2 clean lap then I either hit a wall or the bike bounce because of the curbs/sidewalks. So heard is my time for

Watched your replay [empty space], smooth like butter:tup:

If you have any of your 5 lap sets still saved I would definatly check them out, I like to watch replays from pro/mt FC off riders, especially consecutive laps.

yup, the ai wasnt a problem. with the fastest ai being on a mv f4 rm and on pole, i still won by 12 seconds on hard tyres. you might want to try mediums because the hards were just starting to go yellow at the end of lap 6 and lap 7.

Its been great racing with u guys for the last 10 weeks. We have some great races and so bad ones, but it’s been at least a learning experience. I hope that the next TT or GT for PS3 will have some kind of “gamecard” and we will be able race together again. Or at least bump each other off the track. :scared: It’s be fun doing this and I wish more people would have suck it out. But, three was great nobody was never off the podium.:)

It was fun racing with both of you guys, way to stick it out for the whole 10 weeks and big thanks to [empty] for taking over the race organizer duties when it looked like the series was abandoned 👍

I did the qualifying, but I really liked the format for this series, with the consecutive clean laps and everyone using similiar controls. Only thing I would have liked was a choice of bikes each week, or maybe have all riders use a tz125 one week, then next week you could chose from a class of similiar bikes, mix it up , get some variety in there, throw a street bike in here and there.

The arcade mode single hotlap just doesn't interest me , and I think you really need to have separate divisions based on controller options. There is just too big a difference between whats possible with semi-pro/AT/FC on and pro/MT/FC off.
