What shall we do about tyre wear?

Pagey- Ok cool, I would have to think of something to do with you points wise. You have a perfect record in Div 2 so far but would have to take a small hit on the points. Maybe I could put you mid table or something?

JB- Any suggestions?

Not Pagey in div 2 :/ I wouldnt mind if I had a car that could keep up, I suppose I should be alright the next two races though with team mercs awesome setup :D unless he wants to go into team merc too? :)
 
I was thinking half his points too, early enough to get it back and Spurgey had a horrible start anyway.

Well hes exactly the same speed as me in these cars, I might be a couple of tenths faster but only because I practice more (maybe too much sometimes :D) Because between now and when the Mercs are balanced (which, because I cant be arsed to drive a slower car I will be working on over the next week :)) he will just get lots of points D:
 
I know I cant always win but I should at least be in the top 3 most of the time, I mean Pageys still winning all the div 2 races. :)
 
He probably wouldnt have won both if I hadnt had had the biggest crash in GT5 history on race 2 :lol: (epic fail)
Dont forget that the Alfa is the only car up for review still. I have nailed the Merc and Cally to even status but have no idea about the Alfa until I see a few more results, if someone could give me a tune for the Alfa I could run hotlaps with it to compare too.

Zenzow- Are you still in this mate?
 
Send it over so I can check the car is ok to run at the current specs.
I have updated the OP, no idea about Zenzow but its still pretty even. Will update the points soon 👍
 
What's wrong with the mercs? I find there quick and great on their tyres from all the testing i did it was quicker than the alfa
Plus i remember the amount of groans and moans i got for complaining about the alfa being under powered.......
 
Anyone heard from wordup? He seems to have disappeared since last wednesday :(

Andy- The reasons you got groans and moans was because you were the fastest in quali by .5 of a second! Hardly underpowered, then at the same track with the new (last races) regs, the mercs were over a second off in quali, so I think we have a right to say the merc is slow :)
 
Wordup is cool, he will be there on wed etc. especially after his great finishes in the last races.
The Alfa is definitley not underpowered! Lets not have any more arguments 👍

We had like 20 less torques so in the straight no chance. In corners we were held up so that's why

Plus i was 0.7xx faster round in the merc compared to alfa. I can't see your problem merc is a solid car
 
I agree with Andy the Merc is a good car now, as is the Cally. I have seen them behave equally across a few tracks no so am happy. I havent really seen the Alfa as Pagey is so fast so it wouldnt be fair to assume the car was the reason.
If I had to put money on which car is the fastest at the moment I would say the Alfa but its yet to be proven. No changes will take place until after wednesday (if at all).

Edit: no idea what pagey is doing but he's very fast. Probably has spurgy setup

Because when your in the alfa your quick. Remember all the times you said the alfas fine nothing wrong with it. Well im just going to say there's nothing wrong with the merc :) just as fast.

Edit: Fair enough if thats what your results say, but just to back it up like I do every now and then, next time we race DTMs, get in your Merc and show us this .7 seconds :)
 
Ye gods! Lets just remember we are all on the same side here, this reminds me of primary school :lol:
Leave the cars to me and concentrate on practicing and racing!

And i wouldnt get cocky, i don't think some people like it
 
Im not getting cocky lol, only said to show us how fast you can drive the Merc, thats why Brett gets us to swap cars sometimes to see what people can do in cars they dont normally drive :)
 
There better be something to help the Merc on wednesday or I might have to change car or go D2...
