Well Benzies did some testing yesterday (I only did the TM one because I can only make it to the TM-Race this Wednesday).
Car felt good Joe and I had a great Race (Spurg DC´d) and we both have almost same pace.
Spurgy was clearly faster but that´s just him 👍
I´m confident that if nothing happens Team-Benz will have a good TM-Result.

1:25.2xx as fastest personal Lap but during Race you are slower due to pressure and position fights.

I´m running with 1090kg btw It makes the Benz a little more stable and better

His PSN is D4LVY_ and he has had GT5 since release. Just recently got a DFGT and a Playseat and is looking to improve his online racing (as he'll probably agree just a small standard below myself).

He is a Touring Car fan and we go to Brands at least four times a year (BTCC / DTM etc), so he knows etiquette.

He'd be a good addition to have on board and I think this would be a good leage for his first competitive online leage. 👍

The alfa is shocking at SSR5 as well, after 4 laps the front just won't turn in, after 1 stint of 8 laps I had no fronts at all. I was being conservative as well. It's hard to see how it will go race distance without 2 stops at the minute

Oh I'm not complaining, I will just have to go faster with fresh tyres to try and get a big enough gap to the cars behind before the fronts go
I physically can't conserve the tyres, I always have to go flat out

I struggle in the Cally for tyres at SSR5 and a bit at TM as Joe found out last time we raced there.
My plan is to get in front of the mercs at the start and (legally) make myself hard to overtake. After that ill be praying for about 4th, TM ill be looking for a podium maybe a win with some luck

You could always go easy on the tyres like I did in my tyre tests. The Alfa didn't have any tyres with less than 60% left after 7 laps, if I remember right.

Im just stating a fact I've noticed when the merc guys test. They have great tyre wear and quick. There setup is good yet we can't have it meaning that all that testing isn't valid because we don't match the test pace. Thats why only guys from that team should test their own car otherwise with spurgy being super quick we can't match his pace in the Alfa when he's in it
