Bret are you thinking like they have in the GBRC?
Have a quali event ages before the race where people post their honest times and split the people up. That means that you get a good show of who is faster than who.

I think we should stay with the Alfa, Calibra and Mercedes. Those were from the 90's DTM and are competitive. And I can join the Division 2, as I'm not fast.

Pagey- Nice testing mate, we are sticking with the three previously mentioned though. We need to get some hard stats on the M3 race car at the mentioned specs if you can

Ellis- I like the idea but the divisions dont matter too much, I see most of the guys in my lounge nearly every night at some point so ill run them round and collect their times myself. Then ill post them on the OP and split the divisions that way.

Zenzow- We are sticking with them pending M3 tests, you can run a quali before the new year to decide your division. I will prob be running Div2 because I am slow so we need a host for Div 1.

Toyota- Great man, I havent raced you in ages and these cars should be right up your alley 👍

If you let it in, the M3 Race Car is my first choice. Otherwise, I'll go with the Calibra.

...If the M3 is a no the 320i touring car would be a good replacement. You might see a pattern here, I love BMW

We tried the 2.0 BMW and it was too slow unfortunatley, I love beemers too. I nearly got a 135 once, not now though

Hmm, I dont know what car to pick, I dont want to pick the merc because there are some fast people in the Calibras, and I dont want to be stuck in a car that cant keep up, I could go Alfa just to be safe, its about in the middle right?

I get out of school that day @ 8:40 GMT so if we start at 9:15 GMT I should be good. Every other day of the week I get out at 11:00 GMT (Hopefully I converted those times correctly!)

Is the series only going to have a power restriction or will there be a weight restriction to even out power/weight ratios?
