Iv been messing around with setting up the room and the slider for hp limit goes from 492(or something close to that) to 502 no 500. Im leaning towards 492 but what do you guys think? Majority wins so vote for a limit
 
I vote 502. I'll try to make it tonight, can't make any promises though.
 
502 is fine.

get some miles on her and dont change the oil. but i do see what he is sayin 502 is the limit cant be 500, so yea im on your side with the 502

Awesome! How many laps will each race be? or do you know if they will be short (2-4) laps Medium (5-10) or Long 10+?
 
I haven't figured out how many laps on each track will be. I am going to go on each track do a run see what the average lap time is. Then I will set the lap number to equal about 20-30min long race.
 
i guess we can kiss our SOFT race tires goodbye. that is good thou. should help us learn to be a bit better drivers

Had my car right at 500 HP, ran a race and it went up to 503? Never seen that, should go down in a coupla races. Also, I always run Racing Softs, guess I need Mediums or Hards. Which one you guys think for this length races?
 
Ive kept telling myself I would love to do a race series. I am in. Im quite the average driver and am totally interested in this. I will PM and add tonight when I get home. I am East Coast so time will not be an issue.

If you haven't driven it much you will gain hp after driving it a wile due to break in of the eng.

I may have missed it, but how many laps are we talking here? I just wanna have an idea on tires to use. I love to use softs, but if its a long one I may have to practice on something else.

Yeah, it's up to 505 now, fun as heck to drive though.

try buying a lesser part....has happened to me a few times. change the racing air filter for sports and you should be fine, also if races are 30 min i'm guessing hard, but we should have to put mediums! i think pitting is such an important part of racing, lots of strategy

This was the fun part for me! bought 20 cars brought them all to 500HP and tested em...lol with all the money I spent I don't think i will ever be able to buy a race car at this point....but at least I have a nice collection!
 
I have been racing with a few of you guys the past few nights and I didnt realize how close this is gonna be. Gonna be a great series!!
